This is a great app that has saved us many hours of work. We consider it an essential app in our productivity stack. We use it primarily to merge data (our SKU is the common denominator that can be used to link different data sets across spreadsheets) through the platforms of our internal inventory management software, Shopify stores, Amazon store, and Walmart store.
Have been using it for years (trustpilot only allowed to go back to 2022) and have recommended the app many times to other businesses

It is a bit pricy for a home user, but it is more than worth it when you see how much time and energy you save with all the tools.

I deal with databases and .csv files regularly and being able to transform and clean up the data for importing into other programs makes the work so much easier. I would spend hours doing manually through plain Excel what takes me moments.

On top of all of this, there is one thing that sets this program apart from any other I have ever used. The customer service. They are spot-on. If I EVER have a problem, I just contact support with an email, and usually within 24 hours I get a reply from a human whom you can reply back.

If you use Excel and honestly who doesn't, just get this, trust me, get it, you may think you don't need it, but if you try it and give it a test run, you will find that you couldn't imagine using Excel without it!

An example of the customer service would be the last time I interacted with them. I was trying to take a column that had names in FN, LN format and switch it around. I saw a really, REALLY roundabout way to do it, but I actually submitted feedback to Ablebits support suggesting the feature of swapping around a comma. I got an email back from Maryia Vehera who asked me to supply an example sheet to see what it was that I was trying to do. She emailed me back pretty quick with a regex formula and all the steps. Then she suggested I download the new Text Tools, when I did, I saw that this was already a new feature.

Ablebits for Excel is always updating and adding new features. There are so many times that you will find yourself needing this, even if you are just using Excell casually, you need this program.

I'm a consultant and in my work, I sometimes need to do some heavy Excel work. I'm not an Excel expert so I rely on Ablebit's Excel Addon to make fast work of the task of processing data in spreadsheets. I've been using it for many years, and even upgraded last year. So, I value the software and will continue to support them even though it is for occasional use.

We'll, recently my old laptop started giving me problems so I replaced it with a new one. This week, I had a need to use my Aglebits Excel Addin and went to install it on my new laptop. I got an error of too many installations. So, I went to my old laptop and uninstalled it, thinking I would go back to my new laptop later and try installing my current version again. Anyway, at the end of the uninstallation process, I completed a survey explaining why I was uninstalling it. To my surprise, I received an email from support the following day with an acknowledgement and a free upgrade to the latest version. I was not expecting the upgrade. I wanted to thank them by sharing my experience.

Ablebits is an essential tool in our work with data. Their support team responds quickly when we have questions. This is one of our best investments for making my team efficient.

I initially installed the program on a trial basis to experiment and find my way around the different features. Having used a number of the features in my spreadsheets to resolve any issues with the data I was very pleased to find that it was a solution for all my problems and had no hesitation in buying the product on completion of the trial period. If you are a serious excel user then you can not afford to be without all these time saving features

It boggles my mind that it took a third party to add these tools to Excel. Used Ablebits throughout its trial whenever i was hitting pain points in Excel, and it invariably made life easier and streamlined my work. I can genuinely say it's saving me at least 3 to 4 hours a week.

Ran into some issues activating the license once I'd purchased it, but chat support (Maryia) was incredibly quick and helpful and got me running in under 5 minutes (I had the wrong version of Ablebits installed).

All in all, if you work in Excel daily like me and there's no hope of your business moving away from it, Ablebits will make your life infinitely easier and it's definitely worth the money.

I upgraded my Ultimate for Excel PE from 2022 to 2024 and needed to request an updated of the same license since I'm still entitled to two years of free upgrades from the time of purchase. A few minutes of chat, I quickly received speedy support and fixed my issue.

I've been with Ablebits since 4/2018. Numerous updates and new installs. No complainants at all. They are very responsive and always very professional. The software is the best Excel add-in that I've tried. If you try their Software, and need help, email them and they'll respond to help. If you've tried other Excel add-ins and felt letdown, give Ablebits a try! You'll love the software and technical support if you need it.

I took advantage of the trial period for the full program, and I put Ablebits through everything I wanted to achieve. Wow! It worked so beautifully. When I was ready to purchase, I ran into an obstacle. It was a Saturday morning (in my country). I wrote to their customer service and within a few hours I had excellent communication as to how to resolve my issue. Reinstalled with no problems. I am so happy with my decision.

I love AbleBits because with the easy download (takes less than 1 minute), I have access to so many tools in Excel. I work in sales, so being able to compare tables and find duplicates is a lifesaver. I would recommend this to anyone who works with lists.

I have never encountered a support group that has been as helpful as Katerina and her group. Their response time is incredible, and they are easy to work with. So I highly recommend them and their product.

i didn't know my license was tied to a specific version of AbleBits. installing the wrong version made it impossible to install the correct version which in essence nullified my license. support RESPONDED QUICKLY and was EXTREMELY KIND by updating my license. true, it was only 6 months old but still! excellent customer support for excellent software.
