I have been a long time user of Ablebits Excel addon and use it on almost daily bases. The time and effort saved amounts to a lot of achieved productivity that would have rather took lots of time.
The customer support was only a quick chat away and most issues are solved on the spot.

First, the product is amazing and extends the capabilities of Excel to a wondrous degree. Power users will love Ablebits. I upgraded my desktop and had a hiccup upon reinstallation of Ablebits. I emailed support and received a prompt, friendly response that solved the issue. Wonderful experience.

An excellent software for solving many tasks in Excel. Easy to use and very powerful. Besides they have a very friendly and helpful support. As a small software company Via Media in Denmark I recommend it!

I'm not exactly sure, but I think I've used Ablebits' Excel add-in probably for ten years or more. Great product for doing many things in Excel but I've mostly used it for deduping and finding unique contacts within lists of contacts. Additionally, the few times I've needed their support, they have always been incredibly helpful and fast. I couldn't recommend then enough. Great company and great product.

As a long time Ablebits user, seldom do I need assistance. However after a recent Saturday morning upgrade, I was unable to find an oft use feature. Rather than spend time reading or researching, I decided to send a note to Support. The support staff responded timely and accurately. Great tools and excellent customer service.

Ablebits is great - super helpful and easy to install and use - but the real winner here is the customer service. They have been flexible and professional and have made sure to explain everything to us as often as we need them to. Every part of the process has been fantastic!

I have been an AbleBits user for 3 years now and I highly recommend it for those who work with large amounts of data. It has improved my time management and it allows me to edit and move large amounts of data around with ease. AbleBits customer support team is responsive and professional. The only issue is when an update happens or a glitch occurs, AbleBits will disappear from my ribbon for no reason. Even after troubleshooting to get it to appear back on my ribbon, I eventually have to un-install it and re-install it to get it to work again. This has only happened twice.

I purchased Ablebits Ultimate Suite for Excel in the year 2020. Later I changed my laptop and for some reason I could not able to trace the license key to reinstall and activate the same. I contacted the customer support (Mariya Vehera) ... and within minutes the issue is sorted out. Thanks to the wonderful team.

A great compliment to excel. I bought this program 10 years ago for the simple ability to change all caps to proper text. 1 click and it was done. It is nice when add-ons are developed to correct excels glossing over issues.

It works great. But more importantly I just emailed a problem to support and got a response and solution less than a minute later. Great team.

I love the product and have used various versions over many years. I recently was re-installing on a replacement computer and had some issues which were resolved within 10 minutes. I very much appreciate the team at ablebits

This is the second time I have has my company buy this software for me. From my first introduction to it over 4 years ago I have become reliant on it's ease of use and especially duplicate search functions and ability to merge multiple lists into one massive one.

I have been using this tool for over 2 years now. This is a must have & a very hand tool for Excel users. I am glad I found this tool for my bulk action edits, multi-page edits / scrolls, and multi data / table edits in excel. I don't think there is any other excel tool that comes close to Ablebits. The best part is the support you receive from the team - Ekaterina has been very prompt in her response to any questions you have on the tool. Definitely recommend.
