Had a chance to go on very nice trip . Had let my passport expire.
Had just 4 days because post office was closed on Monday to get it renewed.
Abriggs came to the rescue. Talked me through and made it happen!

Our 16-year old son was accepted as a counselor for an international children's camp in Sao Paolo, Brazil. We heard about it last minute and the Brazilian consulate in San Francisco had no appointments until after the trip! We called another "highly-rated" (at least on Yelp) visa expedite service and the guy said, "reschedule your trip." When I told him that was not possible and we had to find a way, he said, "There is no way your son is going to get a visa in time. Getting Visas for minor traveling without adults to Brazil is very complicated." Needless to say, I called Briggs. They said it was tight but they could do it. They dove right in, gave us daily updates, ended up sending the application through the New York consulate, and got it done with 5 days to spare!. They were fantastic to work with. Expensive, but if you have to turn around a Visa in a week, everyone in. They were the same price as the guys who said that it was impossible. They literally saved our son's trip!

Briggs staff knew their job, were very helpful and informative and answered questions quickly and directly. They also kept me fully informed at regular intervals of the progress of my request. They even kept someone in the office to help in the middle of an ice storm, who called me back even though they had a line of people waiting on the phone. I received materials late from my host, but Briggs facilitated the process and made it possible to complete the transaction in time for my scheduled take off.

I paid for expedited service for a Saudi Visa. Too bad my visa arrived AFTER my flight to Saudi, which I then had to rebook...imaging the cost of that!!!. The timeline on their website is misleading. The turnaround times reflect the timeline of the embassy - and doesn't actually include Abriggs' time to prepare documents to send to the Embassy. The promised time should start from the time ABRIGGS receives all the required information. It does not and they did not see this as a problem at all. Had they been more explicit and upfront I would have known what to expect. When I called to check on status, there was no sense of urgency. And the estimated delivery date changed every day...to the next day..so that was basically a lie everyday until it wasn't. I am not likely to use them ever again.

This company provides a convenient way to get a China tourist visa.

A Briggs was recommended by my TAX service provider without reservation, they will do the job ASAP. So I was confident that my request for their service would be carried out professionally. I needed a Saudi transit visa to drive from Kuwait to Bahrain. Saudi Arabia no longer issues them. Abriggs tried and when it couldn't, it refunded all the money (save FedEx charges in returning my passport). They did all this timely, and got my passport back quick. Bottom line: I would definitely use them again!

Delivered what they promised in half the time. Great organization.

No one advised us that our visa would be issued immediately even though we specified a later date. This caused us to lose 3 months time on our 1 year visa. Would not pay for this service again.

I contacted another company initially for my UK visa but they never response my email or call me back. Get everything ready for Abriggs on the first day, they filed out on the third day, got approval on the day after.

Going to Saudi after many years away, I and to "work" with the embassy to obtain my visa. I found their system impossible to use, whether by design or by lack of design, and Abriggs came to my rescue. Having spent ten days on the phone with the embassy visa personnel which were extremely frustrating, Abriggs made the process doable in one day, minimum phoning (only to clarify a few points) minimum running, and door to door service, important for someone who no longer drives. Phone staff were highly knowledgeable and cordial. The second time I used Abriggs, they immediately informed me that their services weren't necessary, and made an immediate refund. I love this company.
