My daughter and I were going to Myanmar, which requires a visa. Thankfully Abriggs was around, they checked over our applications, told us how long it would take for them to be processed and when we would receive them. Right on the money. We didn't have to drive to the Myanmar Embassy in Wash. DC or mail it ourselves.

Abriggs helped me get a Canadian visa in record time. I had already applied for a Canadian visa myself through Canada's consulate website, but more than a month had passed before I heard that it needed at least another month to get my visa that way. Then I found Abriggs and decided to give them a call. Lucas from Abriggs was very helpful, and I got my Canada visa in time for my trip to Canada. I already recommended Abriggs to my colleagues who is facing a similar issue.

I work for a large investment bank. My boss and a few big name clients planned a trip to Brazil for investment meetings. Brazil is extremely tough to get a visa because it takes forever and they are pretty brute at the embassy. I only had a few days to expedite the visa for my boss. I went straight to embassy ( Monday) with all my paper work and they said 3 weeks and laughed in my face. FYI the quickest was 3 week turn around wasnt indicated on any of their websites. Heh I needed the Visa by the end of the week. tried very very hard to push his visa forward but the embassy is very RUDE.( BTW they only do visas at the embassy between a certain time window i want to say between 10-12) I knew there was a whole lot relying on this visa as it was not only my boss but other high valued clients. I spoke to a colleague who recently went to Brazil on a tourism visa for a wedding and told me they went through hellll and that one of the bridesmaids couldnt make it out althought they went 2/3 weeks prior to the trip. I contacted several expiditing services to see if they can rush but no one was able to. Oh AND to top it all off the embassy advised due to the upcoming World Cup the process is taking even longer. I contacted Abrigss and they said 5 days but they will try and push for 3. Hey, ill take what i can get. So Tues I went down to Briggs with everything and it was quick and easy to process with them. They told me they will try to do this as quickly as possibly but it's not likely id even get the Visa by Fri ( althought my boss is due to leave monday). I had recieved several calls from clients telling me they cannot get a visa either. OH GOSH what a mess. By this time those clients would have to start their process Wednesday. This whole trip was a mess.

I not only got my Visa on Fri but our clients had recieved their visas as well.

I must have contacted Abriggs ten times in one day both by phone and chat with questions on my Indian visa application. Everyone I spoke to was professional, clear, and very, very kind. I also appreciated being able to check the status online. Visa came on time/early.

I made the mistake of going to Walgreens to have my picture made for my passport and they took the picture incorrectly! But, that was ok because I did not know that ABRIGGS could also take my picture. I thought they just did the processing, but instead they got their camera out, took my picture, processed the paperwork and off the FedEx package went. I believe I received my passports in 7 days so I was elated! We were ready for our Cruise Vacation! The personnel at ABRIGGS were very friendly and efficient! I work in a corporate office that requires me to apply for visa's for team members quite often. Abriggs is always easy to work with, quick, and accurate! They are also very quick to respond to e-mails and answer all the questions you might have. Marvin is especially a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough about Briggs as the experience was excellent; timely and if they don't get enough documentation the first time, they not only send an email but also phone. The follow up call was also greatly appreciated. We breezed through customs and immigration in Riyadh, KSA. Thank you Briggs for making our trip most enjoyable from the "git go."

I had debated using a service to file my visa paperwork because at the outset it seemed like it would be a process I could easily take care of myself. However, after spending a couple of days trying to decipher the visa website's seemingly contradictory and at times confusing requirements and several unhelpful phone calls with UPS and FedEx I decided the cost over what I would end up spending in postage and my time was totally worth it. I really like that I was able to track the status of my passport and paperwork the entire way through. I also liked that they took care of everything down to the shipping labels and all I had to do was drop everything in an envelope at the FedEx store. I felt confident my paperwork would not only be approved but that my passport would arrive in plenty of time for my trip...which it did. I would definitely use this service again!!
