Horrible customer service. Paint is dogsh*t and not straight. Missing a tab could see it was molded wrong

Fairings came in and they were F***king fire🔥 I was hesitant about purchasing From ABS because of some reviews on their fairing kits but did it anyways thought I’d give them a fighting chance. Blew my mind when they arrived. They kept me informed about the time of arrival, and they came in right on time. Nothing damaged , everything fits had no headaches putting it together. 100% STOKED

DO NOT BUY FROM ABS.. BUYER BE AWARE. Finally got my fairings from CHINA. Paint looks good but if you even look at it wrong it chips off.... I have never struggle with anything as hard as I did putting these fairings on my CBR. The fit is extremely tight and nearly impossible but I finally got them on just to discover them to be so tight that the fairings are literally touching the headers and have already melted a hole right through both belly pans. The holes for the allen screws were also painted shut and had to poke them through which led to chipping paint. Horrible quality and misleading website. Nothing comes from America except excuses and shoddy customer service!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ABS! Don't be like me, choose monster fairings and avoid the same mistake I made.

I am unsure where to start with this one, I have never had such a negative experience with a company. In chronological order. My order took an extra 3 months to ship, that's right THREE months. I was given the excuse that due to covid they had to ship via boat. Right then I should have realized something was fishy. Fast forward one month to manufacture my order and another 3 months to ship it, and I receive my fairing complete with mesh wiring and punch out plastic like board game pieces that I literally had to install myself for the rear vents, which are always made as a complete assembly.
I take a closer look to see that there is a bright blue streak on the matte black section of each of my side fairings. also that one fairing does not fit properly. I promptly contacted customer support who JUSTIFIED a giant blue line on either side and has argued with me about how it must be my bike that is the issue. The icing on the whole experience was when customer reps insinuated I dont know what I am talking about even though I am the one measuring and looking a the bike in person. In the end they even tried to rip me off by telling me they can replace the supposed part on my bike causing the issue at a discount, gee ya thanks guys.
There is a reason why ABS fairings does not have accessible reviews on their webpage or on google, hence why this is the outlet I chose. I recommend monster fairings as an alternative. Attempting for a refund on the product will update later.

When I first found their website for abs fairings. Com they said they were a South florida-based company and their products produced and shipped from Florida. I was very excited to purchase from a United states-based company so I went all-in. After 2 months I finally got a shipping notice that said it was going to take anywhere from 20 to 45 days to ship from China. I emailed the owner to find out why. They promptly changed their website to say their products were coming from China. When I finally got my fairings, they looked pretty sharp but then I noticed there were damages the paint was terrible the clear coat was non-existent again I emailed them. They did not seem to want to refund a portion of the money or send me new parts, they have fallen off the face of the planet. I do not recommend this company, I consider them a scam! Find another company to get your fairings from

I ordered my fairings here on July 13, 2020. They are located in Florida and we’re supposed to be shipped out after 8-10 business days. However I just received an e-mail saying that they are shipping from CHINA (if they’re the ones painting it why do they need to be shipped in from overseas?) which will take 20-30 business days, then it has to go through customs which will take 3-10 business days, and then be shipped which will take 3-10 business days. This means I won’t see them until October when I was told I’d have them within 2 weeks. Very displeased and I’ve also read that when the do come they aren’t the same quality as the ones in the pictures they send for you to confirm! Avoid this company.

It all seemed very positive in the beginning, yes we can do the design, yes we can get it to you by such and such time. I was impressed to see that the work would be completed in Florida, so went ahead and paid my deposit.
I had to do a bit of chasing for updates on the work, but with Covid and the time difference I undersood this to not be the norm.
When I received the images of my kit, i was very impressed, agreed they were of suitable standard and paid the rest of the fee.
Got an update - package is being shipped from CHINA?? Why China, the business is in Florida.
Then the box arrived, well packaged, but the paintwork is of poor quality, obvious bleeding and no top coat. Then i noticed, the kit is NOT the same as the one I agreed to pay for and theyre response is to send a few replacement parts (how can i trust they'll be right ones) and that this shoddy work is to their standard
Avoid this company, if you want timely, trustworthy service and a quality product on your ride

Extremely bad customer service. I placed order on April 04 with normal factory green color set. They said the kit will take from 6 to 8 days for prepping and painting. But it wasn't 6-8 days, it took 1 month. on May 1st they sent me an email just to update my order is "OK to ship". Short after that, they sent another notification about "label was created" until now. And My order still just stop at "Label was created". I paid over $600 for this fairing kit, which is almost double to compare with other brands like NT fairing with same quality. I tried to call the customer service number MULTIPLE times, and all I got is "leaving message". They don't even want to talk to you in person. They avoided to take care of their customers. From the day that I placed order until today is almost 2 months, I still haven't received my order yet. I requested for the refund, but they denied it. All I can do now is just waiting. BE CAREFUL. Don't waste your time, money, and headache for this company.

Do not order from this company I tried to order fairings in Early April they said they where on the way on April 20th and I never received them it’s now may 27th and I had to dispute the charge in order to get my money back. When I emailed them they told me that they where at the us port and fedex would be picking them up from customs soon that was on may 4th so I highly recommend ordering from somewhere else

Poor fitment. Panels do not match in color. Poor customer service sent the wrong kit first time. They also do not stand behind the quality of there product. They also clame to be in the US but the kit it made and painted in China over all horible experience

Very low quality fairing, no packing material between fairings in shipment. Heavily marred from rubbing eachother during shipment. Charged restocking fee even tho I returned due to damage created by them. Think twice before buying, way better deals out there for exact same manufactured fairings

I ordered a custom kit from ABS fairings after having multiple conversations with the owner Dan. After placing the order I was sent a confirmation pic and openly commented that the kit looked wrong. I was told that it was just hard to take pictures of and that everything was fine. I received the kit and guess what... completely wrong. I returned the kit to the company two days later, the owner Dan said he paid the shipping since it was incorrect and wanted to send me another kit. I was all for that until Dan told me that he didnt believe his painter could achieve the color I was wanting and that Dan and I spoke about. I was given three options that weren't what I wanted. When i voiced my displeasure about that I was offered a refund as another option. I opted for the refund and then ABS Fairings decided they wanted to charge me a restocking fee and return shipping charge for the fairings they sent me that were wrong even after Dan said he took care of the return shipping charges since the order was painted incorrectly. So they are attempting to charge me 155.00 to return incorrectly painted plastics that weren't the right color. Not really how to do business. Guys be warned, ABS Fairings doesnt do business the way they should. Do yourself a favor and shop around, there has to be other options with other companies that dont treat customers like garbage when they make a mistake and are called out on it.

I ordered the 04' Yamaha R1 fairings back in April, but never installed them because I was still riding the tracks and was running my track fairings. So now I'm done with the tracks for this season and excited to finally mount the new fairings.

I had no worries going in, due to so many great reviews, but...

The front mid fairing will not mate with the upper cowl. The air tubes are an obvious off color than the rest of the fairings. The tank cove wont fit. It's just one thing after another.

Here's the fine print, 'as long as the item is in "Uninstalled" condition and within five days of delivery.' So I'm screwed... out $650 for the fairing kit and another $125 for the air tube (which are illustrated with all the fairings, buts not included). So much for their 100% Fitment Guaranty.

Oh, but the pieces that did fit, fit perfectly and were beautifully painted. Guess I'll have to take it to a body shop and see if they can get anything to work.
