I’ve been really impressed with the quality of the products in the Neutrient Bundle. Great quality Vitamin C supplement that’s easy to take and gentle on the stomach. I like that it contains multiple forms of vitamin C along with ingredients that support absorption. It feels like a well-formulated product, and I’ve been very happy with the quality and value. Highly recommended!

recently placed an order for Butterfat Keto and a 2-month subscription of Liposomal Vitamin B Complex. When the delivery arrived, only the Butterfat Keto was included, even though the invoice clearly listed both items and I was charged for both.
I am disappointed that the order was incomplete and that I had to proactively contact customer support to receive a refund for the missing items. While the refund was eventually processed after I raised the issue, it was frustrating to have to chase the company for money for products that were never sent.

UPDATE:
customer support has reached out but their response was very flat and tone deaf . They are praising their own "quick and timely " response dismissing the fact that I had to identify their error and chase them for a refund.
