Acacia Cottages were great! They were great with communication all the way through organizing from start to finish - especially Ashley!
Everything went to plan, and the space was great for what we needed for our group of 23! I would use Acacia again 100%..

From start to finish, I had a very positive experience with Acacia Cottages. Ashley and her colleagues were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and really took the stress out of the planning. The suppliers they booked were also excellent and the property “Luxury Yorkshire” was stunning. Thank you again, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I can't thank Ashley from Acacia Cottages enough for all the help she gave me in organising my little sister's Hen do. From the accommodation (which was insanely beautiful) to all the activities, she helped me create the most memorable weekend.
Always quick to respond to queries and give over ideas for when I was stuck with anything . Thank you again from one very happy Maid of Honour and one very happy Bride to be!!

We had our friend’s hen party at Webbington cottages and Acacia made it so perfect. Treatments were fab and the catering was next level and having hired the party barn was such a bonus. The cottages are so clean and comfortable, Julie who owns them is so lovely. If you’re thinking about the perfect weekend for a gathering of any kind, then this is perfect.

Luxury Yorkshire with hot tub
Just returned from a fabulous weekend away at this beautiful house we stayed at for a hen do .There were 14 of us plenty of space every thing we needed . Booked through acacia cottages we booked at dance class which was brilliant we all loved it and the taxi arrived on time with a lovely driver too. Would highly recommend .

We had a great experience at the Green Cottages in Winchester. Ashley was really helpful with the organisation of the weekend and the activities. The wine tasting with Cécile was particularly entertaining!
The cottages were bigger than expected and were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend to anyone organising a hen weekend!

From start to finish, the whole process of finding a suitable hen party venue was easy and enjoyable with Acacia Cottages. We as bridesmaids wanted the very best for our bride to be and felt thoroughly supported and communication was quick and efficient throughout. We had my sister’s hen party at ‘Red Brick Barn and Apartments’ in February 2024. All the hens had the same amazed reaction when they arrived, and couldn’t believe that we had the whole place to ourselves. Each of the 6 apartments were spotlessly clean, beautifully and tastefully decorated with everything you could possibly need for a self catered stay. It was so much bigger in person than it looked on the photos. The communal lounge, dining area, bar and commercial kitchen were just as spotlessly clean and well thought out. The two wood fired hot tubs are in a stunning location looking across the valley. We struggled to get the fires lit initially but after calling the caretaker was there within minutes and cheerfully got the furnaces going for us. One bit of advice to pass on to any other hens who book here, make sure you leave plenty of time, at least 4 hours- ours took 6 in the end as it’s February and the water is at a colder temperature to start with. It’s worth it in the end!

We are so glad this place was suggested to us, it’s a real gem in the middle of stunning countryside. We were also able to book therapy treatments for all the hens which were very relaxing and all three of the therapists Debbie, Sara and Jenna were friendly, professional and did fantastic work. We also had a three course meal booked through Acacia which was delicious and made a nice break being waited on in between the self catering for other meals. There were so many options for additional activities and treats it was really hard to choose! They had lots of choice throughout, both with venues and activities to suit your budget. Having it all in one place and communicating with just one organiser made it so easy to keep track of and Acacia do all the hard work for you. We would absolutely recommend booking through them, and would book again no question. Thank you so much for all your support along the way with planning Charlottes hen do in Oxford at Oxford Country House. The venue was perfect, great size, well furnished and great distance from places. The theme was Aperol Disco, we had so much fun dressing the house up in preparation for Charlotte.
Jay Jay our bar tender was awesome. Friendly, on time and we all had the best time making our drinks, having a chat and bit of banter with him. Highly recommend!
The taxi into Oxford with David was also amazing, kept us entertained with loud music and took us to where we were going for food. Pick up was perfect too!
We used the stunning views surrounding the venue to take photos, the sunset was stunning. We put the fire on Saturday morning to keep us warm whilst decorating our sunglasses for the evening.
All in all, a fantastic weekend to celebrate Charlotte! It was just what we asked for and so much more.

Great communication and organisation from Acacia Cottages. I dealt with Ashley, she was very professional all throughout the process! Answered all my questions promptly and efficiently. The house was stunning and made the hen weekend even better! The beauticians and chef (if you get Harriet she’s lovely) were amazing! The hot tub was so relaxing! Couldn’t fault this company and our stay, would definitely book again and recommend this to anyone!

Great communication and organisation from Acacia cottages. Any questions I had were always promptly answered. The house itself was stunning and the chef, beauticians and taxi transfer we used were all fantastic.

We had a fantastic time at The Dales Cottages, Hot tub and couldnt fault the service provided by Ashley and the suppliers. 12 hens all super impressed with the location and condition of the accommodation, all the little details such as bedding, cutlery and shampoo provided as well as stunning countryside views and spotlessly clean hot tub. We chose three activities - private chef, flower crowns and cocktail masterclass and all suppliers arrived promptly and provided great activities. Accommodation owners really approachable and friendly and we didnt want the weekend to end! One very happy bride!

Becca was amazing, helped me plan the whole weekend for the bride to be.

The house was very clean and tidy, had a lovely fire place in the living room with plenty of seats. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor which is great for disabled people. It also had a very large dining room where we were able to play our games and have a good chit chat! The neighbours do live in the same building which was not a problem but did leave us on edge due to doors not being locked and the noise we may have caused. But they did not disturb us all weekend unless we needed something.

The Friday night we stayed at the cottage and used the karaoke machine, played a few games and had drinks.

The Saturday we did the clay shooting which was a great experience, very easy to get to. We all had a wonderful time. Saturday night we had an evening meal at the pelican which was not the best experience after some issues I had trying to send the pre order over and getting a confirmation. But it was all sorted and it was still a lovely meal.

The Sunday we used the onsite spa which was amazing. We got very lucky with the weather also. There was a swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. There was also a tv which we were able to watch the women’s final World Cup!

Overall the experience was amazing. And the bride to be loved every minute of it.

We stayed at the South Gloucestershire property over the weekend and had the BEST time! It was smooth from start to finish with Becca and Molly supporting us to make our group weekend booking as easy as possible! The option for everyone to be responsible for their payments was great and really helped me as lead booker. The cocktail making we had at the house was amazing and really helped the night get started! Jim was fantastic!
The host at the house Claire was lovely and couldn’t do more to help us have a great weekend!
Our hot tub finished off the weekend perfectly and was enjoyed by all!

Great communication with accica cottages who organised everything for us. Simple website to use for paying for the break - paying in instalments if we wanted.
We stayed at chew farmhouse and spa - bedrooms all a good size and loads of bathrooms so never any waiting!
We really enjoyed our spa time.

We stayed at the Oxfordshire farmhouse (YF) for my friends hen party weekend and we had the best time!
The house was huge, there was plenty of room for the 17 of us. Everyone loved the activities- life drawing, beauty treatments (the therapist were brilliant) the private chef dinner was excellent we especially loved the chocolate and caramel desert pot!

We had a fantastic time at the Georgian House in Bath for my sister’s hen do! From start to finish, I cannot fault the communication with Acacia Cottages (especially Becca & Sarah). The house itself was lovely and had plenty of space for the 15 of us in attendance. Also very close to shops/bars/restaurants and a 10 minute walk to Charlotte Street car park.
As part of our package we chose the chef come and cook us a 3 course meal which was delicious!
Our only note is that the kitchen did not have any tea towels so made it difficult to wash up!
Other than that I cannot fault anything else, truly a wonderful weekend!

Ashley was amazing at helping me get my sisters hen organised, not just with the properties but also with all the details/places needed. She really helped it all come together and nothing was a problem.

What an amazing weekend everything was perfect. We stayed at the cottage in South Wales near Chepstow (CH). Thanks to Becca from Acacia Cottages always on hand with our questions and her organisation skills. We booked the massages for our party and also the chef they were simply the best. Cannot fault our experience would highly recommend Acacia Cottages to anyone. All of our hen party said it was the best weekend ever.

To start, the venue was stunning! Everything was clean and exactly as pictured.
On top of being beautiful, the above and beyond was we got hampers for staying! Which were delicious and so thoughtful.
Everything we needed was here it was the perfect weekend. Chickens included.
I'd also like to mention how easy it was to book, clear communication throughout. Highly recommend.

2nd time booking a hen do through Acacia and again such a great experience. Becca in particular was amazing and nothing was too much trouble for her. We stayed at Bath Central (B) and the location as the name suggests was super central, giving us access to what we needed and wanted for my sister's hen do. I'd highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again if I'm tasked to arrange more hen do or events !
