A group of 11 stayed at ‘Luxury Yorkshire with hot tub’ for a hen weekend. The house was absolutely amazing, clean, modern but homely and had everything we needed. Beds were so comfy and the surrounding views were great.

Kitchen was great with multiple fridges, everything we needed and even in the dining room was an electric heated cabinet to keep everything warm which was great for a large group. The living area was great too and for our games etc. was a fab space.

Hot tub was wood fired and a real treat!

We also had an organised return transfer into York which was a relief as taxis would have been difficult to organise/find us and I assume very expensive. We were really pleased we booked this as a package.

Ashley from Acacia was great throughout to help with any questions and provide me with updates and the holiday plan which was comprehensive.

We stayed at the cottages near York for a hen weekend. At the initial stages of booking we were allocated a named contact- Ashley. Ashley was really helpful and quick to respond to any queries. She devised a comprehensive plan for the weekend with all of the information we needed. She arranged services such as a private chef and cocktail making class at the accommodation- both of which were fantastic. The accommodation was stunning and really spacious and practical. If you’re planning a hen weekend I cannot recommend enough.

The whole experience with Acacia Cottages has been excellent. The initial enquiry was replied to promptly and communication throughout with Ashley has been great. We stayed at Red Brick Norfolk Barn, the place itself was beautiful and well equipped for a big group. The kitchen had everything you’d need and more! Location was peaceful & the hot tub was a great addition. We had pamper treatments and a chef come in one night, both of which were excellent.
The whole weekend was thoroughly enjoyable and we would highly recommend staying here and would not hesitate to book through this company again. A big thank you!!

Such amazing accommodation for a hen do, we all had an amazing time and everyone said how lovely the house was! The Oxford Country Farmhouse (MH) had everything we could have asked for and all the suppliers (minibus driver, private chef and vineyard staff) were lovely! Would definitely recommend and such a nice way to take some of the stress out of planning by it all being in one place and Becca was an amazing help with this!

Ashley was so helpful throughout the whole booking process, the holiday plan was meticulously put together for us and everything ran so smoothly, it was practically stress-free (and for a group of 25 hens, that’s saying something!)

The accommodation was a lovely property to stay at, and everyone was so impressed on arrival, the barn definitely has the WOW factor! We also received great service from all of the suppliers and companies used (private dining, silent disco, bubble mayHEN/old school sports day and minibus transfers).

I would not hesitate to recommend or book via acacia cottages / travel acacia again!

18 of us stayed at Oxfordshire Farmhouse (YF) for a hen weekend and had a great experience! The house was so well equipped with everything you could need and was on gorgeous grounds. We even enjoyed the hot tub in the rain.
The life drawing and chef's dinner were both seamlessly organised, worked so well and the suppliers were both lovely. The life drawing company checked in ahead of time and made sure we had all the info we needed. The chef was so accommodating to our dietary requirements and the food was lovely, not to mention did all the clearing up too so we could all relax and enjoy the meal.
I was slightly dreading the task of organising a weekend for 18 but everyone at Acacia was so helpful and made the whole process painless. Our main point of contact, Becca, was particularly lovely and a delight to deal with, no query too small or too much hassle.

I would definitely reccommend Acacia and would use them again in the future!

What an amazing weekend for my daughters hen party. Ashley helped every step of the way from arranging the beauty treatments, fabulous Chef and awesome murder mystery by Smoke and Mirrors. The cottage was stunning and had everything we needed and more. Thank you so much from 19 very happy ladies x

Wow! What an amazing weekend! I cannot recommend Acacia Cottages and Ashley my point of contact enough for helping to organise such an amazing Hen Do for my best friend. The accommodation was even better than anticipated the photos really didn’t do it justice!

Ashley from Acacia was just amazing, so helpful and answered my many many questions and demands 😃 couldn’t ask for better support and made the whole thing a lot less stressful!

The Renovated Barns with Hot Tub was a lovely place to stay. Julie the host was very accommodating, the rooms were lovely and the party barn was a great size, easily fitted 23 of us in with room to dance. The hot tub was lovely, a great addition to the weekend!

No faults, lovely town to stay in, and locals were very helpful. Party bus to Bristol was a great way to get there for a night out, we didn’t feel like it was far away. Weston is also only about 20mins away so was a good location for activities!

Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at contemporary Yorkshire cottages, hot tub booked by Ashley. It was fantastic from start to end! Everything I had planned she made happen and the end result was amazing! Beautiful place out looking fields, very clean and modern! The dance class, meal and beauticians made the hens day! I highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Acacia cottages enough. We booked their Rambling Retreat Cottage in Bath and it was just absolutely stunning and perfect for our party of 12. Their communication was amazing and they were always on hand for any questions. It was all handled with ease and just made the whole booking and sorting experience easy.

The Dales Cottages, Hot Tub' Absolutely beautiful location, amazing facilities and just outstanding views. The houses are stunning and completed to a very high finish. Booked through acacia and can not recommend enough, fabulous communication everything planned effectively. Thank you so much for making my hen party perfect. We can’t wait to come back in the future for family parties

We recently stayed at at the “Staffordshire barns” with the help of the lovely Ashley from Acacia Cottages, who helped me plan the most loveliest hen party weekend, with the Bride in mind! The accommodation was two lovely modern barns with a conjoining door which allowed the group to all stay in one place, there was plenty of space for everyone and all the activities included. It was the perfect “staycation” with local pubs and the fact all of the activities can come to you in the comfort of your accommodation. The staff that ran all events were brilliant and so helpful and nothing was too much for anyone. We had afternoon tea, craft activity (flower crown making) and cocktail making, we enjoyed our weekend from start to finish and Ashley was always just an email away, great communication and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them as they help ease the stress of organising a big group of people and can tailor the whole weekend to suit your needs and preferences.

We had an amazing weekend at Green Cottages. The property was lovely and much larger than I expected! We were blessed with good weather which made the location even more beautiful. I could not fault Ashley, she made organising a hen do much less stressful! The activities ran smoothly and everyone throughly enjoyed them. I would 100% recommend Acacia Cottages.

We organised treatments which all thought were excellent, very friendly people.
The 3 course meal meant no one had to cook or clear up which meant all could get involved in the Murder Mystery which had us all in tears of laughter! This event made the weekend, it was hilarious and we all got into character, very well done.

We had a wonderful stay at the Renovated Barns with Hot tub in Somerset, organised by Ashley from Acacia.
The communication was great from start to finish and Ashley helped us to find the perfect place for our “Chilled Hen do”.
We made great use of the Hot tub and Party barn and the accommodation was clean, comfy and well equipped with everything we should need.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends or family.

Just had the best weekend ever at the Luxury Yorkshire with hot tub cottage for my daughters hen party. Loads of room for all 14 of us, big lounge with enormous sofas, separate dining room and fab kitchen with another eating space. The house is huge and his literally everything you could need. The owner James was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. The place was immaculately clean, gorgeous garden with lovely views and we even had two bottles of fizz waiting for us. We had the pamper treatments, two lovely ladies came to do massages for us all then our chefs arrived bang on time to cook our meal, serve us, clear up and left the kitchen gleaming! Acacia were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, we had lots of questions and Ashley and Molly were so helpful and responded quickly to my emails. I wish we could do it all again!!

After having an amazing hen do, it was very quickly ruined by being accused of causing two small burn marks to the carpet in one of the bedrooms. Despite us being able to provide evidence that the burns were there on arrival, and not caused by us, they have still refused to return our £200 deposit. There have been emails going back and forth including me sending chaser emails on multiple occasions, however they are not keen to get this sorted as they are happy withholding the money. I wouldn’t go with this company again, not worth the hassle.

Ashley was fab from start to finish, super helpful when asking all of the questions we had right the way through to the week of the stay.
We stayed at Green cottages & it was perfect for a hen party.. really spacious, clean and tidy and in such a beautiful location, right at the edge of the river! The hosts even left us a cake and milk in each of the fridges (2 cottages adjoining so was fab for fridge and freezer space too!) Rob, the owner popped by on Friday afternoon to make sure we knew how to use the tub and ensure we had settled okay!
As part of our package we went for cocktail masterclass at the cottage, FAB!! Great fun, and so good to not have to leave the cottage for it.. they literally bring everything too so nice and easy!
All in all, great weekend had by all, again thanks to Ashely for helping doing all the leg work in organising, made it so stress free :)
