Matt and his team were excellent. We were kept fully updated on all viewings until the offer came in.
Matt was great. He advised us how best to prepare the house for photographer, video and our viewers.
We choose to show viewers round ourselves but Matt would have happily done this for us.
We had several viewers on the first day of viewing. Matt showed up before they arrived just to make sure everything was in order and double check if we needed any advice on anything. He wished us luck before he left. I felt this was going the extra mile for us. So big well done Matt you couldn’t have done anymore to help. I chose Aberdein Considine to to sell my flat as Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable when he first came to view my flat.

He provided hints and tips for when the photographer came to take photos and a video which all came out great. I was really pleased with how it looked online for prospective buyers.

For each viewing Jennifer and the team kept me informed along the way and also followed up the next day with any feedback.

After accepting an offer I chose to stick with AC for conveyancing which was managed by Gavin and his team. They were also great to work with.

Everyone at AC were always very helpful and anwsered any questions I had. I would choose to work with them in the future.

My initial meeting was completed by Matt who made me feel comfortable and confident that the sale would be well handled by Aberdein Considine. He went through the full procedure, give tips on how best to organise the flat during viewings and then showed current adverts being run by the company. It was based on this meeting that I chose to go with Aberdein Considine and I'm very pleased I did.

After confirming with Matt, he organized my home report, photographs and passed me over to Jennifer and the team for progression of the sale.

After accepting an offer, I was then passed onto the legal team for conclusion of the sale. They continued as in previous stages - very helpful and very informative of proceedings.
