Well since Aberdein Considine are one of the biggest and most prominent solicitors/property sellers in the N.E. of Scotland its a no brainer to do business with and although they are not the cheapest around you get what you pay for and that is a top quality service.

Recently bought our first home with the help of Aberdein Considine, everyone was so helpful and offered so much support and guidance throughout the whole process.

This is our second time working with Aberdein Considine, and have been hugely impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the team. A big thanks to Tracey and Samantha for your help in the sale of our flat and purchase of our new home. Under offer within 2 weeks of listing the property!

Karen and the team were fantastic from the get go with selling our house. They were clear and honest about the market and provided quality advice. Their pricing was very competitive and they were very flexible with arranging photos, etc for us. I also really appreciated that they offer attended viewings for no extra cost. Their website was great for reviewing popularity of the house and gave fantastic insights. All in all we sold our house at valuation from the first viewing and within 5 days of going on market. Brilliant!

Initial communication during our 'Marketing' period (Viewings and Feedback) was a little lacklustre and didn't feel they were doing everything to sell our property but once we got an offer, the communication, explanation of process and back/forth with our purchaser's solicitor was has been excellent. Great communication on the day of moving also to ensure we all got moved on time!
