Excellent communication

Drove 3.5 hours to view a property, was running late to the appointment at 2:30 by 20mins and was told we were no longer allowed to view because she had plans and doesn't work "this late" on a Saturday.

I would not recommend if you want to sell your property and have viewers.

Selling from a distance could have been challenging but not with Caitlin and her team. They kept me informed of viewings throughout. Great service all round. Thank you all.

This is our fourth time that we have used Aberdeen Considine Ellon to purchase, and third time to sell properties over a 30+ years. We just cannot see past the professional guidance and services they provide, nothing is a problem. Our last home was sold within 18 hours of it going on the market, totally amazing. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a totally unique service, at a very reasonable cost.
