I used Aberdeen Considine to sell my house and represent me on a brand new purchase. They were very professional the way they staged my house for sale and took the pictures and the aerial views was amazing. Additionally, the ways they advertised not just online on their website but other websites but on social media, Instagram and Facebook. All members of staff we dealt with were extremely helpful, accommodating and efficient. Our property was put of the market very promptly and sold quickly. All steps of the process were clearly explained and all questions dealt with quickly. The sale was a very stress free experience.

We used AC Inverurie office to buy and sell our property. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. It made the whole process less stressful and Calum was always on hand to offer us excellent advice.

Every person we have dealt with has been so nice and helpful. With some of the online forms we had problems doing it was no bother to them to be contacted and then talk us through things. It felt like we were all part of a family even though we hadn't met some of them.

The Inverurie team, is a close knit unit and no matter who I dealt with, they were always knowledgeable and helpful. Calum and Jessica were closely involved with selling my property, they and rest of the team carried out the photography and viewings, providing detailed feedback after each viewing.

Aberdein Considine team helped with the purchase of my home. Staff across Aberdeen city, Dyce and Inverurie delivered an outstanding service. Clare was particularly wonderful, she was patient, helpful and made the whole buying process really easy. I will recommend them a million percent.

Thankfully not planning on moving again but Inverurie branch made a stressful time even more stressful.

Was told that our number couldn't be used in listing as they would 'vet' viewers and follow up after however the phones would auto divert at a weekend once they are closed and someone would answer the phone - I proved on several occasions this wasn't the case as call just went to voicemail, including a time when one of the viewings didn't bother showing up and I wanted to check if they were held up.

Chasing for documents to be signed for our first sale and being told it was fine to then get a call on the morning of sale going through to be told that our buyers buyers had pulled out so we were left out of pocket with an empty house

When sale fell through we were told someone would phone us later that day, they didn't and we had to keep phoning to see what was going on. Was then told that our solicitor was busy so would call us on Tuesday (this was Friday at this point) when collecting the keys the branch manager said that due to our situation this wouldn't be the case and he would make it a priority to call us. He called us on Tuesday and got angry on the phone when I said it wasn't acceptable to make us wait that long and told me 'I'm not sure why you expected a call on Friday when your sale had fallen through'

Was told to hold off putting house back on the market to allow our original buyers time to get an offer in. We agreed but then noticed that the buyers house was showing as under offer so I messaged them and they said that they weren't in a position to carry on with our sale which meant I then had to go back to our solicitor and tell them that and to get our property back on the market.

Lack of attention to detail is crazy, a number of times the wrong thing was sent through and I had to question it. When we finally did get our house sold and completed we were then contacted to say that the wrong documents had been sent to us for signing so we would need to sign a different document which the senior solicitor sent through, I double checked it against the original one that was sent and it was the same document so had to go back and get the correct document sent through

You pay a lot of money for selling and you don't expect the level of service that we received

Had very good experience and helped with explaining and walking myself through each point. I’m a first time buying didn’t have a clue regarding what the process was and they made things so much easier. Definitely going recommended and if I decide to buy again I’ll be going back. Thank you Erin

Everything went better than could have been expected. Throughout the process Claire (Munrow) was professional and informative and her service was excellent. I would have no hesitation recomending their services to others and would have her/Aberdein Considine at the top of my list for any future legal service.

The entire team at the Inverurie office have been absolutely wonderful. Buying and selling a home will inevitably present some challenges, however the team at Aberdein Considine work together to navigate the challenges and get the sale across the line. The advantage of using them is that the whole service is under one roof, from estate agent to legal and financial support, this is a huge advantage.
