Excellent
We started off with an appointment with the Mortgage Advisor within Aberdein Considine, here we got great help and knowledge on how the whole process works, no question was ever an issue to ask!!
We then went onto purchase our first property and the whole team was great from start to finish, could not fault anyone and it made it so much better that the timescale was super quick.

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service. Mortgage advisor Karen was superb, my personal circumstances didn't make finding me a mortgage easy but she did! Always in touch and kept me informed.
Girls in Peterhead office fantastic aswell, I was selling aswell as buying so it was a bit difficult but they were really friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble.
Certainly wouldn't go anywhere else if selling/buying again.

Could not fault their sevice
Could not fault their sevice. We were moving totally out of the area and they handled all correspondance exemplary despite some differences in the conveyancing procedures. Always positive and ready to help.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs , taken 4 months on a simple re-mortgage , double charged on interest payments due after redemption statement. No one replies to emails , endless calls waiting over 30 minutes , no one calls back
