So happy I chose this estate agent to buy my flat and also sell my house. Keeping it all with one company simplified things. It’s quite a daunting process but they took all the stress out of it for me. They guided me step by step, organised everything and kept me informed at every point. Viewings were carried out by them and feedback was given promptly. You’re in safe hands with this company.

The AC Shawlands Office Manager Susan provided a free desktop property evaluation at the outset with no hard sell and answered all my questions prior to engaging with them. She was very professional and delivered when she said she would. Susan explained the process fully and was always helpful when the property was put on the market. The whole process from the beginning to the marketing of the property was done very well and the property sold as predicted, very much in line with AC's experience. Conveyancing was also carried out by AC's in house legal team which went smoothly, however I found myself having to follow up with them a few times as I wasn't fully aware of all the steps in the process. The marketing side of the whole process felt easier than the conveyancing side which I felt less satisfaction with, but it was clear in hindsight they had in everything in hand. I'd recommend them if selling a property.

Ive had an excellent experience buying and selling my flat primarily due to my solicitor Robyn Taylor. She's been unbelievably helpful, dilligent and hardworking throughout the process. She made the it simple and explained everything clearly which was important as a first time seller/buyer.

At every point of contention in negotiations I felt like she had by back, and my best interests at heart. Would 10/10 reccomend her services. Very happy with how things have progressed and happy to be moving into my new place.

Aberdein Considine have been really great to work with. All communication was quick and everything done as they said it would be. We worked with a few members of the team (Alison Neilson and Susan Farmer who were both extremely efficient) and all were great, having the estate agents through to conveyancing really helped making it seemless from start to finish. Aberdein Considine (Shawlands branch) handled both the sale and purchase of properties on my behalf. All the staff were extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly in all their dealings with the process on my behalf, starting with a valuation back in January, right through to the sale in September, which realised a significant increase on the home report valuation. It was of particular benefit to have the marketing as well as the legal elements all being carried out under one roof.
