I was looking to sell my property and purchase a bigger home and was recommended Aberdein Considine by a friend.

From the offset, everything was professional, efficient and most importantly straight forward. This was also aided by having the estate agency team, mortgage advisor and solicitor all under one roof which makes communication smooth.

We were on the market in less than a week from valuation and in the space of 2 months we have not only sold our property but completed the purchase on a new one.

Special thanks to all staff in the Stirling branch, who are professional, friendly and make the entire process easy to understand and comfortable.

Buying/selling is a daunting process but the staff at the Stirling branch took a weight off our shoulders and have made what is usually a stressful situation, a lot less stressful.

I set Stephen and his team what I thought was a very tricky thing to pull off - get my house on the market within a week. But not only did the guys manage to do that they did so in 3 working days and we had genuine viewers on the fourth day. Personal service, very good staff, sold my house in two days, excellent photography

I was absolutely staggered by the high level of service, all the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. I really can't recommend this firm too highly. I live hundreds of miles from the property I was selling, and the agent took all the stress away from what were tricky circumstances.

We have recently sold our property through A&C and couldn’t fault the entire process. Stephen, Alison and rest of the team all worked together to provide us with a first class service. They coordinated everything from their initial visit to familiarise themselves with our house, arranging the photographs- big thank you to Mike Dow and Janet - and scheduling the viewings.
They followed up with all the viewers afterwards for feedback.

The whole process of selling our home went very smoothly. From meeting Stephen in our home to get things started, through to the end, we were kept well informed and advised at every stage.
Communication is key during this time and both Helen and Alison kept us up to date and answered any questions we had along the way, allowing us to confident in all parts of the process.

We were selling our parents home in difficult circumstances, from the moment Stephen met us at the property and talked my brother and I through the process.
