Amazing service it took 3 days to complete the process but they are great on giving assistance

NEVER EVER EVER SELL TO THEM. They’re the most rude, arrogant, & douchey customer service you’ll ever have. Their management team sucks. Nobody replies. They’ll ignore you once they have your account info. They say 24hrs you’ll have your payment and then it takes 4 days. Literally worst company EVER. Please advise this review is not fake. Trust pilot can email me & I can forward them all the emails, screenshots from this incident 3 years ago. Kthx

They didn't send the money after 3 days of uploading my account i didn't get any money yet
They were replying to my emails earlier but now they are ignoring my emails

They were very quick to give a quote, however there were a few problems when trying to transfer my account to them.

Firstly, I opted to use Wise for payment and only after agreeing to sell was I told that Wise was no longer available as an option (despite being available on the website). Another option was suggested and worked~ but options shouldn’t be on their website if not actually available.

Selling of the account was done through e-mail which can be slow but is forgivable due to the timezone difference (US users will probably be unaffected). And can be quite sloppy, for example for one step I had to confirm the exact same information for three consecutive e-mails before moving on and was told I was on the ‘last step’ for three separate steps which did make me wonder if I was just being strung along.

Overall I am satisfied though, the process took 5 days and I did receive payment in the end which in a business of trust is almost all you can ask for.

Sus cotizaciones son muy inestables. Envié la cotización de la misma cuenta con correos diferentes y no le daban el mismo valor. Le daría 5 estrellas pero demoras como 6 días hábiles para poder vender una cuenta ya que responden muy tarde cada uno de tus correos.

The process is very thorough and well thought through but unless you live in the US or in a closer timezone, emails will be at odd hours of the day and take a while to get back to you. At the last minute of processing however I was told the account had an issue on my end and had to requote, and after inputing the details I'm again for the same account I was offered 10$ less.

Tried to sell OSRS account, got scammed .... have no words, have a nice day....

*Long Review* 10/10 amazing Customer Service. I had a very simple time and the communication was very constant. Obviously being a first time selling of anything I was very nervous about selling a nearly maxed account but they stuck with me and I received payment within 40 hours from the moment I contacted them.

Something you should know is you should not look for other websites once you find one that's 100% legitimate. I've attempted to use other sites in the past for various things that did not work out in my favor.

There was a small time were i doubted the website, But it's simply because they have office hours and their We'll call in "people" who actually send the money are obviously not in 24/7 So just be patient and wait as long as you provided all the info they asked for with no problems then you will receive your money.

Just to add one more thing, the prices they offer are extremely reasonable too, Most other websites offered nearly $200 less than Accountwarehouse. final word of advice, don't use anyone else besides accountwarehouse they are true and fair. finally i can afford my motorcycle classes, Thank you Accountwarehouse <3

Quiero vender una cuenta osrs pero cuando pide el pais de creacion no sale venezuela asi que copie a soporte y de soporte no me supieron dar respuesta solo me dijeron que si eran altos los niveles la comprarian asi fuera de venezuela pero no quize arriesgarme... was trying to sell my account, ive never ever had any issues regarding account in the past, i have an extremely good rep on multiple different platforms, the account I'm selling comes with all details including the original creation email, i somehow didnt pass a fraud check? no idea at all what thats about.
