I spoke with 3 support people, 1 chatbot and nobody can help with the simple request on how to change ny name because it appears wrong.
I updated my profile name everywhere I could but they don't address it. Brush me off constantly. I finally gave up, and will not take any certificates anymore because I'm afraid my name will appear wrong on them.

They published my certificate on google without asking me and now I try to remove it but I don't have even an account with them, they just mirrored my certificate from the institution. And since I don't have an account, I can't even reach out to their support to ask the removal. Never register a training where certificate is prepared by this company.

Accredible might be good when things are going along fine, but when you are part of a major lay-off or plant closure, Accredible fails drastically. I was part of a large layoff and can no longer access my credentials. I no longer have a company email. Accredible says to go through my issuer/ employer. My former employer has given me the run around. For me a paper credential stored in a shoe box is accessible at any time and doesn't cost anything for safe keeping. I will continue that practice in the future.

Been trying for a while to create an account and the system will not allow it. All to download a certificate I earned and that could have been emailed to me instead of this silly website, which is only good to gather data. Not happy at all
