John takes training his students to the next level. He takes a personal interest in growing people who have attended his classes long after they have completed the course. I was fortunately enough to have attended John’s Professional Agile Leadership Essentials which was packed with John’s real-world experiences to support the course material.
John provides a unique learning style and also provides post classroom mentoring sessions and access to a vast amount of useful material to help people cement what they have learned.

I highly recommend that people join one of John’s training sessions, whether they are just starting on their journey in the agile world or if they have years of experience, you can always learn more.

I recently completed a two day PSM II training course with John and got a lot out of it. I was the only attendee which made me nervous at first but John made the sessions relaxed and it also meant he was able to tailor it my current situation which was really beneficial for me. I would definitely recommend one of John's courses to others.

John brought great energy to the course and I really valued the suport materials and webexs that he invited us to after to study for the assessment.

I really enjoyed the two-day course we had with John Coleman. It was notable how much experience John has in the area of agile methodologies as he had a number of great work-life examples to illustrate a lot of the theory he was teaching.

I found the course touched on a lot of great points on how a PO should work both within scrum and other methodologies. Some of the extra materials and reading provided by John I found to be very helpful.

I found there were a lot of takeaways from this course that I could implement into my day-to-day work.

I attended the PSM II course with John in December. I can't speak more highly of John, he is a fantastic trainer who really listens and adapts the course to his audience. John has a ton of experience and is able to bring the content to life through his life stories and case studies. He is also super dedicated and goes above and beyond. For example, we now have follow on calls for study guidance and support through our PSM II certification and he has provided access to a vast amount of material online that he has collated and shared (articles, useful links, videos, mock tests). I would highly recommend John.

It was, superb experience, lot of information delivered in short time, very interactive. Introduced materials in "easy to digest" way lot of IRL examples shared. I would most definitely recommend John and his events to my network!

John is a great trainer with very good teaching skills

Participating in the Professional Scrum Master II 2 days course was a very good decision. I had the opportunity to learn new things, to remember or clarify some aspects which either I forgot or which I was simply applying in a wrong way. John has done a very good job not only because he involved us continuously in different games but also because he bravely managed a conflict inside the group of participants. I'm a very difficult to satisfy person but John managed to keep my focus active during both days. The logistic was very good and I'm very pleased with the results after participating to this course. On November 16-17 I had PSM II classes with John Coleman. There was a lot of practical exercises for Scrum Masters, new experiences and conflict solving techniques. I loved the training really much! John is very good coach!

It was one of the best trainings that i have participated. John is a very good trainer and is very involved in teaching others.

John is a great coach, patiently teaching and mainly concentrating on real life
experience. He also tries to approach individually to each member of class, even though it is very challenging.

Attended PSM-II in Bucharest this year. It helped me ace the exam and more importantly it enables me to help my teams shed the myths of basic scrum and start the journey to an advanced scum practice centered around a truly self-organized scrum team. At the same time it enables me to support my Siemens division to continue on the path of adopting agile. There was a lot of value in those 2 days.

John is an excellent trainer! I was sad when the 2 days of the PSM II training ended because I enjoyed it so much. He dedicates a lot of time to create materials for his training and he has a lot of knowledge regarding Agile and Leadership.
What I've learned there and in the calls that followed the training changed the way I interact with people not only at work but also in my personal life.

John is a great tutor with a great personality. I really enjoyed the class and learned a lot from him. The training was very involving and focused on learning and understanding rather than just passing the exam.
