The communication can be sometimes slow as I have waited to get answers more than 48 hours during weekdays but the service is great when it comes to shopping and delivery.

Another wonderful delivery. Before the purchase I contacted the support and asked if they could somehow deliver my package within 3 days and they said its their regular shipping time anyways, which it was. I am satisfied. Thanks.

Worst customer service ever!!! If I could rate them minus 10 stars I would. Stay away from this company and their related company, aceofficemachines.com, as well. I bought a refurbished Brother printer that came without all its pieces/parts (which, by the way would not have worked even if it had all its pieces/parts). So basically they sell garbage. It took forever to get them to send a prepaid return shipping label, and then, even though they emailed me that the refund I requested had been issued, 15 days later, still no refund. I finally contacted my credit card company and formally disputed the charge. I have 14 emails back and forth with what turns out to be the worst customer service department I've ever had the displeasure to have to work with. Do yourself a favor and find another company from which to purchase your office equipment. You'll be glad you did!

Terrible service - terrible company. I made a purchse with them, only to be sent the wrong item, they then tried to tell me the wrong item was the same as the item I purchased. When I explained the difference they they tried to get me to purchse another, more expensive item, and later admitted they never had the item i purchased in the first place. They are now refusing to return my money. Dont waste your time here

We love Acedepot.com as they have significantly lower prices than Amazon or any of our local stationery stores. The delivery is usually quick and we are happy.

A binding machine that I had bought a couple of days ago came with a defect, so I talked with customer service and they gave me a replacement! They were very friendly and solved my problem!

I was looking to buy in bulk something but I was not sure if there was enough stock, so after contacting costumer service they cleared my doubts and I made the purchase without issues.

I was looking around to buy some office supplies and by coincidence I found acedepot. After comparing prices I realized that this store have some very affordable prices compared to other alternatives.

I usually find most of the things I need from here. This would be a 5 stars review if they managed to offer better discounts for bulk orders which they unfortunately don't.
