This website is a scam!
It’s been 3 months since my order and I still have not received it. I have emailed them for a refund but they keep avoiding it.
Do not buy from this site.

I ordered two sizes of the same ostensibly beautiful maternity photoshoot gown from
Acmami. They arrived within two weeks, and were not AT ALL as pictured. I ordered a v-neck, halter style dress, and what arrived was an elastic, off-the-shoulder style dress with an inexplicable 8-inch jagged hole in the middle of the chest. The color was wrong, the material quality was exceptionally cheap, and there were black smudges all over the white lace material. I attempted to contact them to start a return, but their “contact us” feature does not function. I emailed back to the address that sent me an order confirmation, but have not received a reply. I looked into it further, and the same “dresses” appear to be sold by several online retailers, all with the same website format/text. The others are Lukalulu, Areawhite, Cutieppies, Oddtract, and Peekabo. I have started the process of disputing the charge with my bank, but I wonder what else can be done to stop this scam?

Very bad customer service, I have never received my order after almost 2 months now. I have received 6 times the same sample email, every time I answered to that email I have received another one saying the same. Seems like they have multiple staff in customer services that have no idea of what is going on in the service, inexistant communication between them.

I am still waiting for my order because after having said multiple times I would like to be reimbursed or to receive my order, nothing is happening.

I will never order again and strongly not recommend to use their services.

The WORST QUALITY EVVVERRRRRR!!!! I was looking for cute maternity dresses & ordered 3 dresses from this site. Shipping took over 20 days & didn’t arrive in time for my baby shower. The dresses look nothing like the pictures from the quality of material down to the crappy buttons they use. Customer service is a joke! Asking why I want to return & in a second email asking me to take pictures of both the items I received & items I wanted. Explaining why they don’t look the same. They shipped from CHINA -stay away!

DO NOT BUY from this website!!! "Acamami" is a complete SCAM. I also had to give it one star, otherwise I would not be able to write this review. They deserve a( -0 ) for their rating. Besides taking over a month for deliver, they sent me two dresses that were completely different than the dresses I orders. The quality of the dresses were something you get when you order a Halloween costume...CHEAP! Unfortunately,I did not read the reviews before purchasing their product. PLEASE, I REPEAT, DO NOT order from this store that is located somewhere in CHINA. After reading the numerous reviews regarding returns, I now I will not get my $101 back. These people are thieves! By the way, the two high reviews were probably written by their staff or friends. Notice the grammar mistakes...just saying!

This place is a scam! I ordered 3 items: one of them I received, the other I received a completely different item and the 3rd never came. There is absolutely no way to contact anyone within the company to make it right. Might as well throw money out the window!

This website really is a scam. I paid $50 for what looked like a beautiful fall harvest dress that upon arrival (6 weeks later) looked like a $1 tablecloth that had Chester Cheetos hide poorly sewn to the bottom. I emailed and they requested pictures, I sent pictures of the hideous tarp and never heard back. I tried to leave a review on their site and shocker, you can’t! So sad.

the worst store that exists, please do not be fooled like me, I bought 6 dresses and only 5 of them came to me horrible, it is not the quality of the photos or the workmanship, do not spend your money is a hoax and they will arrive after a month

Looked nothing like advertised. Only offered a $14 voucher in compensation.

It's a scam. My dresses never came and neither will I see my money. I am very disappointed.

Ordered two dresses which were horrible in person upon arrival. Contact customer service to initiate refund. It is requested that you return the items in original condition, original packaging, and pay for return shipping. Easy enough... My item was confirmed with USPS tracking to have arrived at the address they gave me. Over a month later and over 30 emails back and forth I still have not received my refund on the items they now have back in their possession and they continuously respond to my emails like a robot on repeat asking for the same information I had previously provided throughout the 30+ emails.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! Poor quality, horrible "customer service". Such a scam and waste of time.

Biggest scam!! Taking advantage of pregnant women. I ordered one month before my daughters baby shower I started emailing them asking where my order was after not receiving it for a few weeks I should have checked here first and saw that it was a scam site. Acmami said the product was being produce and would ship it when it was ready. I told them it’s to late I need a full refund I email them every day and I get customer service email back from a robot every excuse to not refund my money. Even said there will be a 15% order processing charge and it could take up to 25 to 30 days. Still waiting for my $$. Such a scam there is NO resolution center or no dispute management team. Nobody physically to talk too.

I contacted them two weeks after I purchased the clothes, just to follow up the order status. 5 out of 7 clothes were out of stock but no one reached out to me if I haven't emailed them. 1 out of 7 was shipped but the tracking number does not work. 1 out of 7 has no status (not ship / not out of stock).

They ask me to choose replacements and I have provided the item / size / even the link for more than 3 times. Still receive the same email template customer service asking me to provide item number / size.

In short, there is no one you can contact or communicate as a real human being from the website.

I don’t even want to give this company one star. I ordered a dress from this place back in September and still have yet to receive it. I have emailed NUMEROUS times to customer service regarding my order and when it will be here and they just say it is ready and I will get a text or email when shipped. I ordered this dress for maternity photos that have already passed and due to me only wanting that dress for that reason I emailed them telling them to NOT send my dress and just refund my money. Still, no reply!! This place is a total SCAM!!! I’m not sure what my next step will be, but n plan in reporting them! This is ridiculous!!!!!

This is the second time I bought it at this store. I bought two skirts for taking pictures before. It was really good to see, it was a good memory. This time I bought five skirts that I can wear during pregnancy. It is really comfortable, and I found that it can be worn not only during pregnancy, but also after I have finished my baby.

Ordered three dresses for a maternity photo-shoot; one never arrived, one came that was not even the right style or colour, and the third came with thread hanging out everywhere and the patterns were nothing like in the picture. For what I paid I very much regret my purchases from this website. I never usually have these experiences when shopping online, but this time I chose to trust a site that does not provide quality service or product. I doubt I will even see the other dress that I ordered months ago... Or will I get the correct dress that I ordered. Just a huge disappointment when I was looking forward to having nice dresses for my maternity photo-shoot.

Ordered my item on Sep 10th and a month later it has still not shipped. The tracking number does not even work. The customer service is terrible and likely a scam. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT order from this website. It is sad they are taking advantage of pregnant women. Really disgusting.

This website is a SCAM!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! I never received my order and when I tried to cancel through their website and contact them it kept saying "oops something went wrong". Opened a case on PayPal and we were able to communicate that way. They said to close the case on PayPal and they will issue the refund once I email them that I have closed the case. I stupidly closed the case and now when I try to send them an email it comes back as undeliverable. MAJOR SCAM

This place is a scam no way to contact them to return the dress i got which looks nothing like the picture and feels like a Halloween costume. Site is a scam!! I will notify better business bureau

I would give this no stars if I could. I am so angry. I spent 80 dollars for a dress and cartigan. The dress shows up and is nothing like the photo or description. It’s so ugly and see through on top of that. Then I realized my cartigan never arrived. After emailing them they tell me it’s out of stock. But took my money to begin with. Then they won’t refund me only offer a credit. I don’t want anything else from this store it’s awful. They also said I have to pay to ship back this terrible dress to another country which is expensive. This website is a scam, DO NOT BUY !!!!!!
