3 or 4 years ago the contacts in the mini USB connector of my Samsung satnav's TA20 traffic antenna cable were worn out. The satnav itself was already a few years old but still worked perfectly. At that time I found it impossible to locate a replacement cable. Even Garmin didn't advertise availability on their website. A week ago I thought there was no point in keeping the satnav but, on a whim , I searched for TA20 and found one at ActiveGPS. Ordering was simple, I was kept advised of progress and it arrived a couple of days later. The cable seemed brand new and it functioned perfectly, Total satisfaction, couldn't be happier.

Obviously no fault of ActiveGPS but they are a little difficult to contact by phone. They confirmed that a full refund would be processed so I canât fault that. In the end it turned up just in time. Iâd use them again.
