This website is predatory and takes advantage of a confusing and difficult process for people who are looking for help. I also now do not believe many of the positive reviews for this website on trustpilot, as I looked at them before purchasing and thus went against my better judgement. Throughout purchasing they use vague language to hide what it is you are getting. I believed I was getting a 45 minute evaluation but instead got a "diagnosis appointment" for 15 minutes. The provider was meant to meet me on zoom, but at the time of the appointment demanded to call me on the phone instead. In the meeting she was flustered and agitated, and asked questions about my goals in a harsh way. I stated calmly something along the lines of "I'm sorry your tone is really harsh" She said, without changing "My tone is not bad" and continued. I then asked for her license number, and she said "I'm not telling you that. You are being rude to me -- goodbye" and hung up. MAJOR red flag when a provider won't share their license as that is public information. I have put in a request for a refund -- I'm hoping that will happen, or else I will dispute the charge with my bank.
