Bad results, not any grow at Amazon

The price scales with your ad spend, but the support doesn't scale with the price. Their system had a bug that overspent my budget on a campaign that wasn't converting, and rather than owning it, they blamed me. Expensive software plus zero accountability is a bad combination.

I’ve been using Adspert for quite some time now, and I’m really happy with it. One of the biggest advantages for me is that I no longer have to worry about daily bidding and constant adjustments. Remo and Karin have also been extremely helpful whenever I’ve gotten stuck or wasn’t sure how to use certain features of the software. Their support has made the whole experience much easier. I would definitely recommend Adspert to anyone who wants to take the stress out of daily bid management and save time while managing their advertising campaigns.

Wir nutzen Adspert seit Oktober letzten Jahres. Angefangen haben wir mit der kostenlosen Version, um das Tool erst einmal zu testen. Die Ergebnisse und der erste Eindruck waren jedoch so überzeugend, dass wir uns sehr schnell für die kostenpflichtige Version entschieden haben.

Seitdem haben wir bei einem weitgehend gleichbleibenden ACOS unseren Umsatz deutlich steigern können. Gleichzeitig sparen wir jede Woche viele Stunden Arbeit, da die Kampagnenoptimierung deutlich effizienter läuft als zuvor.

Der größte Pluspunkt ist für uns allerdings ganz klar der Support. Besonders Karin verdient hier ein riesiges Lob. Wir haben in vielen Jahren E-Commerce mit zahlreichen Dienstleistern und Software-Anbietern gearbeitet, aber einen so engagierten Support haben wir wirklich selten erlebt.

Karin ist immer erreichbar, denkt mit, sucht nach Lösungen und macht oft deutlich mehr, als man eigentlich erwarten kann. Ein aktuelles Beispiel: Gestern Abend gegen 21 Uhr an einem Sonntag hatten wir ein Problem. Statt uns auf den nächsten Werktag zu vertrösten, hat sich Karin sogar in ihrer Freizeit hingesetzt, alles noch einmal geprüft, die Daten analysiert und gemeinsam mit uns nach einer Lösung gesucht. Dieser Einsatz ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich und zeigt, wie wichtig den Menschen bei Adspert ihre Kunden sind.

Wir sind für diese Unterstützung wirklich sehr dankbar. Das Tool liefert starke Ergebnisse, spart Zeit und hilft uns dabei, unsere Werbekampagnen effizient zu steuern. Der Support setzt dem Ganzen aber die Krone auf.

Von uns gibt es eine klare Empfehlung. Wer ein leistungsstarkes Tool mit einem außergewöhnlich guten Kundenservice sucht, ist bei Adspert genau richtig.

Schlechtes Tool, ausprobiert in der Trial Version und all unsere Kampagnen sind einfach abgeschmiert. Sie versuchen abstruse Erklärungsversuche (Saisonalität etc.) Aber das ist einfach lächerlich. Auf keinen Fall würde ich das Tool nutzen

Die Adspert KI hilft die Werbeanzeige zu verbessern und mehr Umsatz zu generieren.

So wird es geworben. In meinen Fall war es das auch die Kampagne liefen ab dem Punkt wo Adspert die Kampagne übernommen hat deutlich besser.

Adspert bietet eine Vielfätige Zusammenstellung von Erklärungen wie ihr tool funktioniert und was man beschten muss.

Es werden einem Vorschläge gemacht in welche Richtung man die Kampagne anpassen kann.

Vorkenntnisse im Ad Bereich waren bei mir nicht vorhanden. Allerdings ist das kein Problem da der Support auch bei Fragen unterstützt und da ist.

Preis/Leistung ist top! Von mir zu empfehlen.

No customer support. Whenever you asked, he will answer you carelessly, and don't care if the app works for you or not
After 3 months, I cancelled the subcription, and received a message: we are said to see you leave.
Then I logged back in to check, the subcription was auto turned on.
I contacted RAY again, he said: It seems like you never cancelled?

Not great to be honest. The initial setup support is a bit fragmented and meant we almost ditched it before trialling it.

To be honest, its relatively simple though, you select it campaigns and off it goes.

From our trial we saw a loss of 15.66% conversions daily. A cost increase of +10.72% and an increase in ACOS or +5.31% and then a loss of nearly 17 per cent revenue daily

So erm yeah pretty poor really.

Then we checked when it ran out and were told the 8th of August. We logged in on the 06th and poof it was dead as a nit. Whoops they say, our account person looked at the wrong account!!

Erm you have one chance to impress, attention to detail is imperative !!!!!

Highly recommended for agencies looking to improve performance and efficiency. Adspert has an excellent support team. They are making smart bidding for your company's products or services. As you know, humans sleep, robots don't. And they are good at the smart way of advertising.
