This is a fabulous, very upscale sailing experience. Star Clipper is a tall clipper ship with masts and sails. You actually feel the waves and the movement of the ship. You get to see and experience the excitement of the raising and lowering of the sails depending on the winds. The ships hold only about 150 people so the experience is nothing like regular cruise ships that carry thousands of passengers. The small number of passengers allow you to get to know people and make friends.

I did 90% of the research on hotels. Did not get accurate feedback back; multiple corrections. Frustrating. Only reason I booked through Adventure life was to get the 5% repeat customer discount, but I’m not sure it’s worth the stress by not booking directly with the hotel.

Always excellent communication and help throughout booking and everything dealing with the pre cruise process. Very professional, I love working with Jess and Petchie! They’re always available for me for questions/concerns and keep me updated on everything. We have now booked our 7th cruise with Adventure Life

Visiting Japan entailed a lot of research and detail but having Adventure-Life manage all that allowed us to fully enjoy every day of it. The team assigned to us tailored our trip for the length and activities we wanted, handled all intricate details, collaborated with their local partners, and answered all our questions timely. They stuck to timelines and were quick to address any unexpected changes without sacrificing trip experience. Trip documents were a bit overwhelming but only because it was an international, multi-city visit with various activities. It was time-consuming to review, but all our questions from it were answered quickly and clearly. That level of service made our Japan trip one of our favorite memories.

This is the first time I've worked with Adventure Life. It's been great! Jane was so helpful - responded quickly to all my queries, listened to what was important to me, gave me great options. I can't wait for our Amazon River and Machu Picchu trip!

Adventure Life organized an exceptional trip to Morocco for my college roommate and I. We enjoyed a seven‑day journey that gave us a true taste of the country—from the streets of Marrakech to hiking in the Atlas Mountains and relaxing in the coastal charm of Essaouira.

We were met the next day by our Marrakech city guide who led us through Madrassa Ben Youssef, Bahia Palace, the medina, and the souks. On Day 3, our private driver drove us into the Atlas foothills for a hike to a waterfall feeding the Siti Fatma River. From there, we continued to Imlil for a full day of mountain trekking the next day.

Our young mountain guide was encouraging to two mid‑60‑year‑olds. He cheered us on during the five‑hour ascent to the snow line and the shrine of Sidi Chamarouch. After a 2-hour descent, we enjoyed a late lunch with a Berber family. The waterfalls and rushing streams were breathtaking.

The long drive to Essaouira flew by thanks to his camaraderie, a quirky roadside restaurant with a mini‑zoo, and a stop at an argan oil co‑op to buy gifts for the wives who “let” us take this trip. The Moroccan Immersion guide led us through the medina, and the sunset from the fortress was unforgettable, and our hotel—Riad Mimouna—was perfectly located. The next morning brought camel rides on the beach.

Adventure Life booked us with the Sirius Galaxy ship and gave us the experience of a lifetime for our bucket-list trip to the Galapagos.

Great excursions, drivers and guides. Everything went so smoothly!

Ship, cabin, crew, meals, drinks, excursions, guides and shipmates - all excellent. Even the weather cooperated - mostly, with just one rainy day. And swim-stops on 5 of the 6 days.
It helped that the ship was only half full (18 people v 36 max, & on the 2nd run of the season).

[A neighbour told us that their Adriatic cruise last summer was their best vacation ever, so we decided to check it out. Now we know.]

Erin is super at helping with travel, this is the second trip she has arranged for us.

Jeff has been extremely helpful. He advised us on the impact of the Chinese New Year and on how to work around that. That is something we had not thought of in advance. He also suggested a trip add on we had not considered. We have traveled with Adventure Life many times, so we were not surprised by this continued excellent service.

The folks at Adventure-Life took the time to get to know us. They understand our desires, limits and are fully aware of our "bucket list" in terms of watching for future adventures. We have been using them for many years and Kassandra and Neth feel like family - and treat us that way.

Sandra and Arvin have been helpful. They answer questions and concerns promptly. They modify excursions and adjust for physical conditions.
