I recently took my daughter to the store in Tannersville Pa. Cyara Wilmmer helped my daughter find the prefect fit bra for her to wear with her outfit Homecoming Court! I can not thank Cyara enough for all her help.

The service was great and availability was the motivator.

Quick Service! AERI responded to my tough find requests within minutes. I definitely recommend them for electronic components.

Listed the desired parts in three different stocks. Asked for pricing - no answer for weeks. Sent kind reminder and received the standard answer, that others got here, too: we don´t have a stock.... try digikey. Bad joke. I could also put any manufacturers complete catalogue online and write "on stock" and if anyone asks, I refuse when I don´t like to work on it...

I was looking for some old components impossible to find through usual distributors to repair some devices. I heard about this company and asked for a quote.
The answer I got ? We don't have stock (but they still list thousands of units available through their network for the parts I requested), we usually provide higher quantities to large manufacturers, try Digikey (which of course can't provide this, and that person should know it damn well !).

Interesting way to treat a customer.

UPDATE: Following EARI's reply I feel the need to precise a few things:
1°) There isn't any minimum order quantity stated on their website. Not at all.
2°) Funny enough, there are a few reviews here on Truspilot talking about small quantity orders which were fulfilled smoothly
3°) When digging a bit in those reviews, I see a few suspect points which let think a fair amount of them may have been written by the company itself.
- There is never anything truly negative in their content, even in the few that are "negative"
- Most of them are stated by people with a single review
- Most of them happened at a very fast rate in limited time periods

Readers will make their own opinion.

I'd also like to add this review has nothing to do with frustration like it is insinuated. But the experience I had with this company contrasts so much with the image they want to show, that I felt this needed to be known.

We have been relying on AERI in the UK on a few occasions when obsolete electronic parts were hampering our business continuation. Besides being extremely customer focused with a very high level of responsiveness, the service they deliver is outstanding, timely and to the point. Products delivered are well documented, scrutinized for counterfeit and shipped only when they pass their stringent QA procedures.
Without any reservations, I do recommend AERI when in dire need for obsoletes in the electronic manufacturing business.

Up till now, I bought obsolete parts via AERI two times. The parts were as described, and arrived within a week. There was an administrative problem caused by me (regarding a VAT number) but the employee (I understand from the guidelines one should not tell names in reviews) at AERI, located in the U.K., who handled my orders solved the matter in a friendly, quick, and completely satisfactory way.
In the future, when looking for hard to find parts, AERI will be my first address, and I unrestrictedly recommend this company.

Alex has been a strong supporter of GIDEP as well as anti-counterfeiting efforts. The work that Alex and AERI are doing helps the entire Defense Aerospace community to report counterfeit items as well as strengthen procurement practices to minimize the opportunities to inadvertently buy counterfeits.
