DO NOT BUY! I ordered this product as a Christmas gift. After receiving it I felt it was not what i expected so returned it. I returned it December 20th. I had to pay the shipping over 20.00 and sent the company tracking information. As of Feb 20th I still have not received a refund. I have sent them multiple emails and they don’t even respond.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE 100% CERTAIN YOU WILL BE KEEPING THE PRODUCT! I purchased the AeroVac as a gift and it arrived late, so I did not open it nor even break the plastic exterior coating/wrapping. I shipped the product back at my own expense per AeroVac's direction ($28 USD shipping from Chicago, IL to Dallas, TX) via UPS to the return address Customer Service provided to me (tracking number 1ZJ7351R0310895658). Five emails to Customer Service and 32 days later since the returned product was received and signed for at the AeroVac shipping dock, I still have not received a credit on my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY IN THE EVENT OF A FLAWLESS RETURNED PRODUCT!

BUYER BEWARE! I wish I had read all these reviews before ordering. I went back and forth with their “customer service” and finally just did a charge back on my visa.

Beautiful design, shoddy power switch that broke the second time I used it, and the absolute worst customer care. The vacuum was a gift but Arrovac wanted receipts which I did not have and could not get) and we went back and forth for six months before I gave up. DO NOT BUY THIS unless you want a useless, elegant statue.

I would give NEGATIVE 5 stars!!!!

Disgusting company! They are frauds! They sell a toy vacuum with no suction and then don’t allow returns!!!

The product doesn't have enough suction to vacuum my car. The button keeps shutting off as it is right where you have to hold the device to use it. Bad design and poor suction. Returned the product after weeks of asking them where to send it. They received the item via UPS but after 5 weeks still have not received a refund. Keep getting the run around. Customer service is horrible.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! This company is as bad as bad gets. After promising that my purchase would be here well before Christmas, it was very apparent that they would not come through. I cancelled the order on two separate occasions only to get some email two weeks later stating the they had to fulfill the order for some reason for me to cancel and return it. After receiving the product 3 weeks after canceling the order, I was told that I had to pay the shipping to return it back to them. An absolute Nightmare of a Company.

I ordered this product and canceled immediately after I read the reviews. I was confirmed that it was canceled by their customer support. I get an email 2 weeks later that it was on its way, i contacted them again, they said oh sorry, it went out even though I was assured it was canceled. I receive it, do not open, and then instructed that I had to return it and pay for the cost of the return even though I canceled it immediately after buying. I return an unopened package a month ago and still do not have a refund. I reach out again and they are claiming they will refund when received and checked... this could be in 2030 at this rate. DO NOT BUY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WHO KNOWS HOW IT WORKS... by the other bad reviews, thinking it doesn't. i have given them 3 months to make this right and still do not have money back.

Customer service was terrible. I ordered on 12/6 as a Christmas present for my husband. Their website and my checkout shipping window both said guaranteed Christmas delivery. On 12/15 I reached out to customer service to follow up on my order. They reached back out a few days later and then said they would ship this before Christmas. They offered a small discount code. I emailed back asking them to guarantee Christmas delivery and if they could compensate expedited shipping. I didn’t receive a response. I reached out again 12/27 after still no tracking asking them to confirm it was shipping and if it wasn’t to cancel my order. They never responded. I finally received my order on Jan 8th, one month after placing my order. The vac is cool, but the battery dies really fast and the suction isn’t as powerful as claimed. Very disappointed in this product and service.

Received the product but performance is horrible. Power button is in an awkward location and I keep turning it off by accident while using. Now it shuts off automatically after 10 seconds of use and flashes and "E3" error message. Emailed the company multiple times to advise, and still no reply. DO NOT purchase this product!

Ordered in early November as a Christmas present. The site stated 7-14 day shipping. I sent multiple emails with canned responses. Requested they cancel my order and they said the product had already been shipped. The gave me a false tracking number and I requested to cancel again. Finally after two months the product was shipped. Terrible communication, lack of transparency, and a complete inability to support the customer. There are a lot of similar products on the market…pick a different one!

Do NOT BUY. I orders in the middle of December 2024 and to date have not received any update on shipping, despite 10 emails to their customer support. This is disgusting and how have they not been shut down. Terrible

They state orders are shipped within 7 days. After 25 days, item still wasn’t shipped. Didn’t receive the order until after Christmas, so obviously not ideal. I emailed customer support four (4!) times, and they repeatedly would NOT give me return information (no way to start this process online, you have to request to return through their customer service first). They offered me 10% off my next order, then they offered me 15% off. I’m like, “no guys, got it 28 days after I ordered it, and after Christmas!” Finally got their address to send it back. And they are not covering return shipping. Terrible timing, execution, and customer service.

As with other reviews, shipping took forever. I followed up after a month and got a lengthy apology with a $50 off coupon for my next order (as if I’d be interested at this point lmao). I finally did get it. Used it for literally 15 seconds on window sills, then got a error and it shut off. Emailed support and they said to clean the filter. I did even though it shouldn’t be dirty by now. Followed up asking for a refund, haven’t heard back for days.

I placed my order on Nov 21 for 4 of these to give as Christmas gifts to my adult sons&daughter, I’ve emailed many times asking for a refund when they didn’t arrive for Christmas only for them to tell me it’s already been shipped. It’s now Jan 13 and I still have NOT received them, I’m starting to feel I’ve been scammed out of over $400! I could’ve driven to pick them up myself faster than they’re being shipped. Better yet, I could’ve walked there and back. I wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered, I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down for fraud!

Purchased and never received. When I asked for a refund they ghosted me. Sham company. Don't buy.

I ordered 4 of these products at close to 500 dollars for Christmas the end of November. I have still yet to see my order practically halfway into January. When I reach out I get a general apology email with a 50 dollar gift card. I have demanded a refund and still haven't got a response. I will be contacting the BBB and I'll be posting as many negative reviews as possible. They took my money and haven't delivered anything. When tracked all I get is that a label was created. I can't believe I'm going to have to try and sue to get my money back. This is unbelievable for a company here in the states. I received products faster from the depths of China. They are not a reputable company buyers beware!!!!

Ordered 2 aerovacs for Christmas on Dec 14th.
On Dec 23rd, received an email that it would arrive “1-6 days after Christmas.”
It actually arrived on January 9th.
I emailed them to say I did not open the package and I no longer wanted the items. I demanded a whole refund and for them to send me a shipping label at their cost. They replied that I would have to pay for the return shipping.
HORRIBLE company. Do NOT buy.

Ordered December 17th and after several emails asking about why it hadn't shipped it finally arrived January 4th. Was supposed to be a gift for someone but it was too late. Decided we would use it. Upon use - the vacuum suction is weak at best and container is very small. Also, battery runs down pretty quickly so you are limited to how much you can use it in one session.
Decided to return it. It took a while but they did issue a refund.
