I have been seeing Hollie for my laser hair removal for over 2 years and she is simply fantastic. Her knowledge, experience and professionalism are evident and she is a wonderful, warm and friendly person. I would not hesitate in recommending her and the Aesthetically You team, who are all superb.

I honestly can't recommend Michelle enough. After experiencing facial palsy, my confidence really took a knock. From my first appointment she made me feel completely at ease and truly listened to my concerns. The treatments she has done have made such a positive difference - not just physically but emotionally too. I fully trust her and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Received a very warm welcome by friendly reception staff. Comfortable waiting area with tea and coffee.
On my operation day received full information and made to feel at ease by Ms Christina Walker and
Dr Tomasz Starega who preformed my procedure and explained to me throughout what was happening.
I felt completely pain free and at ease.
Follow up appointments always on time.
I would recommend Aesthetics Liverpool to anyone who wants and sort of work done.

I had lip filler with Michelle and OMG!!! We dissolved my previous filler first to start fresh and I did not think my lips could ever look like this!! The shape is insane and they look so natural and subtle. I had them filled due to Bell’s Palsy and my lips have been an insecurity for the last few years because of it. Michelle @Aesthetically You has transformed my ageing arms with Sculptra.Since rapidly gaining and losing weight during my last pregnancy (26 years ago!) I have had saggy upper arms.Nothing else has improved their appearance.Michelle's expert skills and experience have worked wonders.This Christmas I felt confident enough for the first time in years to go out wearing sleeveless tops.Michelle has a very caring attitude and knows how to make you feel at ease .She is also very honest and realistic when discussing treatment options.

After a lifetime of low confidence with the uneven symmetry with my face. Never smiling. Being under maxilofacial for many years. I went in 2024 to have a conversation with Michelle to talk about Emface and if this would work for me. After 1 year 2 blepharoplasty surgeries. I then returned to the clinic to explore Emface again.

Its the best decision I have ever made. After 4 sessions. There was a visible difference. I can't thank Michelle and team enough.

I cannot praise Michelle and her team at Aesthetically You highly enough. Since September this year, I have undergone treatment for Ramsay Hunt - a type of facial palsy - at Aesthetically You using a combination of EMFACE and Botox and the results have completely surpassed all of my expectations.

Not only has Michelle’s treatment plan given me more movement and strength in the affected areas of my face as well as much improved facial symmetry, it has greatly improved my confidence and self esteem.

Michelle is an expert in her field and put me at ease from the first consultation and throughout the treatment. Every member of the staff team is highly professional, welcoming and friendly and the clinic is warm, modern and pristine throughout. The team, led by Michelle, are forward thinking and utilise cutting edge technology to give customers the best possible treatments.

I only wish I’d known about Aesthetically You and Michelle’s approach to treating facial palsy sooner. Anyone affected by facial palsy should visit this clinic - Michelle’s treatments are life changing!

I’ve been coming to the clinic for over a year now for treatment to help with my facial asymmetry, and I can honestly say it’s been life-changing. Michelle truly specialises in this field and is the best at what she does. I recently had my Botox top-up along with an Emface treatment, and as always, the experience was exceptional. Michelle is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional — she makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout every appointment. I travel a long distance and stay overnight just to see her, but it’s absolutely worth it. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face.

Michelle has been treating my long term facial asymmetry due to Bell’s palsy and she recently introduced me to EMFACE, I was nervous at first but I’m so glad she persuaded me to have it done and after 4 sessions the results are amazing, my face feels so much more relaxed and a synkinesis issue with my eye is almost non existent now. I couldn’t recommend this any higher, the process doesn’t hurt and my face currently looks the best it has for years, all currently without any Botox.

In April 2024, I was diagnosed with suspected Guillain Barre syndrome which caused bilateral facial palsy. As a result of this, I was unable to close my eyes, move my forehead, have control of lip movements and show any facial expression. This has had a huge impact on my confidence, self esteem and mental health. Over time, I have slowly gained slight movement back and am able to close my eyes and move my cheeks. My biggest concern has been that I have lost my smile. I hate having any photos taken as I am so conscious that I look like I am crying everytime I smile. I just didn’t know where to go to help any help. I spoke to a colleague in work who recommended Michelle at Aesthetically you as she specialises in facial palsy. I booked a consultation in at the beginning of August and from the moment I stepped into her room I felt understood. She explained her background and what her dreams are for supporting people with facial palsy. I couldn’t believe I finally found somewhere I felt could help. She explained that there is no guarantee with my treatment as every case of facial palsy is different. She recommended a session on EMFACE to see the impact. I booked in for a session for following week (12th August).
On the day of the session, Michelle took some photos in her room before I started. I was then taken to another room where I had a facial massage to cleanse the skin before we started. Every step of the process was explained clearly to me and they checked regularly that I was comfortable. To be honest, I could have fallen asleep I was so relaxed. After the session, photos were taken again. We noticed very slight movement in my right eyebrow and the apples of my cheeks were much sharper. We decided to book another session to see if we could make more progress.
Unfortunately at the time, the clinic was closing for 2 weeks so I couldn’t book in again until today (3rd September). Over the couple of weeks since having EMFACE, I have noticed I feel more relaxed in my face when I try to smile. It feels less forced and a more natural movement. I also have a small amount more confidence in myself. My family have commented that they have noticed changes in my face.
Obviously at the time 2 and a bit weeks felt like forever to wait for my next session, however this was not a bad thing. Michelle started the session again with photos and straight away I felt different and she could see I was holding my face more naturally when I smiled. My eyes were more open, my chin was not pebbling and straining to smile. I have had my 2nd session today and feel even more relaxed. My top lip is pulling less to one side as I smile and I just feel so much more natural when I do it. As a result, we have decided to wait another 2 weeks before my next session to see if there is even more progress. I can’t thank Michelle enough for everything she has done and all the work she is doing to support people with facial palsy. It is such an unknown and complex condition. There is certainly not enough information about it and treatment plans to help those who need it. I could not recommend the clinic anymore from the way the staff make you feel, to the explanations given during treatment. Thank you so much!! Can’t wait for my next session!

I came to Aesthetically You for my first time ever trying Botox and tear-trough filler for crows feet and eye bags. For context I am female, 31 years of age. The results have honestly been life-changing! I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for future treatments now that I’ve been here. The clinic is beautiful and a very professional environment. The girls that work there are lovely too. I would 100% recommend this clinic and booking a consultation with Michelle to discuss treatments if you are unsure what to go for.

I recently visited clinic to have Botox and Filler with the wonderful Michelle. Wow what an experience, I was very nervous and Michelle made me feel so calm and suggested the tweakments I needed. The treatment was so smooth, relatively pain free and instant results, particularly with the tear trough filler. Something I wish I had done sooner. I feel so much more youthful. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. I love the less is more ethos of the clinic. The clinic is always spotless and everyone is so warm professional and welcoming, I can’t wait for my next visit.
