I bought it once and the product


I bought it once and the product arrived defective, with a cloudy color, and I had to throw it away. They agreed to send me another one, but it never arrived. I do not recommend them!

I wasn’t provided a tracking number


I wasn’t provided a tracking number upon confirmation of the package being on the way. Requested information by email 4 days ago, and they didn’t answer. The 9 days have passed and no sign of package, tracking number nor even an answer from them. Hopefully it’s on the way and will arrive soon, but so far, the experience is negative. UPDATE - the package still hasn’t arrived. (03.05)

I had a really good experience with this website. The delivery was very fast, everything arrived in perfect condition and much quicker than expected. The staff was also very kind and helpful, they answered my questions quickly and professionally.
