The BOV I had fitted on my Fiesta ST200 ST didn't work properly any more. So I contacted AET and fist Ashleigh (sadly she doesn't work for AET anymore) and Sam helped me instead. Looking in al the emails and did help me very very good. I also want to thank Turbo Smart for their actions. Shipping the new BOV yesterday to The Netherlands and the part just arrived at my pickup store. I'm over the moon with this of course.

They dont seem to reply to any emails at all (i sent 2). You have to phone during the 2hrs a day when they actually bother answering and even then they say they will get back to you- but they dont. They dont call back.

Recently had the VT330r turbo fitted along with supporting hardware modifications. Wouldn’t trust anybody else with my car apart from these guys. The professional outstanding customer service is top notch! If you want something doing right 1st time everytime AET motorsport is the go to place!

I made the decision to stick with Vudu software and went from Stage 1 to Stage 2 on my GTI Clubsport.
The guys at AET/ Vudu were very friendly, informative and accommodating from calling to arrange to the service delivered. I am very impressed with the software which has taken my car to a healthy 410bhp - the drivability is spot on and the power delivery is smooth and pulls very hard throughout the rev range. This coupled with the tcu software has completely transformed and improved the drive of this Clubsport more so than the peak figures would suggest - I would highly recommend Vudu / AET and look forward to using them again in the future.

I’ve previously bought the VUDU short shift and symphoser delete from AET Motorsport and just recently ordered the VUDU handset and stage 2 remap. Incredible service from the sales and remapping team. Fast deliveries and replies if I’ve had an queries. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. After the map my ST180 is incredible to drive!

My last purchase was hampered by poor delivery by DPD, however Sam and the team went the extra mile to sort out a problem created by another company. Whet to Aet to get my Ford Fiesta st180 actuator adjusted after many weeks of poor car had it adjusted and car works better than it ever has 320bhp the car was loseing 90bhp back to 320bhp well chuffed thanks Aet would tell anyone to go there thanks

Item was delivered to an unsecured location by courier and then stolen (likely by said courier). AET basically accused me of lying and refused to provide any assistance. Avoid using this company at all costs!

Had a Milltek exhaust fitted & Vudu stage 1 map. Very happy with the results & the service. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be be definitely going back in the future for all my upgrade needs

i recently bought a induction kit for my fiesta st, in total with all fees it cost me 300 euro, which for me is an incredibly amount.
20 days have gone past i know it has left the uk and entered portugal but other than that i have no ideia where my order is,no updates and their support doesnt reply and the shipping company they used does neither.
outreagous 300 euros gone like this,its a shame that they offer a huge range of products but i will never buy anything of this website every again nor will my friends

People only leave bad reviews these days which is a shame. I purchased the service kit for my Fiesta MK7 stage 3, arrived next day in great condition, thanks guys.

Search Vudu on Ebay They are selling 1 x Sparkplug for £22.99 when you can buy a set of 4 for a fiesta ST for £34.99 from lots of places. DAYLIGHT Robbery and chancers!!! have had a bad experience in the past with a Revo stage 2 tune also/ AVOID
