Cannot verify online after multiple takes. Forced to go into store.

Very high interest rate, When I found out that they don’t have payment plan. I paid off my loan early so I don’t pay high interest every month.Then I closed my account and blocked them. I will never take a loan from them again.

The worst customer experiences, besides a couple. They also lie over our agreements on pay, instead take what they want. I don’t think that is particularly right since you are recorded making a deal with me over the phone.

Samantha Weaver was exceptional in her support of my family. Well, I had been approved everything verified and approved and they wanted the same thing again but this time wanted my real photo and my account number for my personal account. Just seemed to be a run around

Your service rep and IT team went above and beyond. They had to reset my information in order to get my loan. Unfortunately I cannot remember the reps name, but he was amazing. Extremely patient through this whole process.
