Mis communication
This place gage me a flex loan, never stated it would be due every 2 weeks, even sent a statement saying it was due on the 29th , but took out of my account on the 15th which caused overdrafts. I DID NOT ONCE give permission to take from my account . I was a self pay .

It was a nice experience. The associate was kind and helpful. Didn't get approved for as much as I needed. But it helped me towards my end goal

I had a representative
I had a representative! Brenda at Decherd store that made it a great experience! She took the time worked with me until we got it all together and I appreciate her patience and time was great. a true customer service representative really appreciate her efforts Thank you!!!!!!!
