Good to hear I finally got approved for something to help on bills

I was able to get finical help here when everywhere else denied me !

My daughter called me to say that my grandson needed money to get his car out of the shop. I am in the process of moving and need to get a loan. I called Advance Financial24/7 and received Erica, as my representative. I was so blessed that I did. Her customer service skills were noticed immediately. Erica navigated me through their online application so very smoothly. I had to stop and compliment her. She said I was approved but my income needed verification. I told her I had to go on three websites to get copies of the verification letters and at 82 years old, it might take a while, and I would have to call her back. Erica suggested that she stay on the line. I was so glad she did. With Erica, on the line, it made the process very easy. Thank you, Erica. You made my day!

The young man that helped me was awesome. He helped me through the process. We had a few bumps, but he continued to work with me until the process was completed.

I was originally looking for a payday loan. The woman at the store was very helpful and showed me this credit plan. She explained in great detail the interest rated and how it works. She was very nice and answered all My questions. She was very patient with me when I had trouble pulling up my bank info. She was a young African American woman I did not get her name but she was able to help other guests and me with great energy good time. I hope she gets credit for her great customer service
