Changed approval amount
When I filled the application out online I got approved for $1,300. I live in Kentucky. They told me I had to come into a store. The store is in Tennessee. I drove 253 mi. One way I get to the store and they changed it from $1,300 to $50. Wasn't even enough to cover the gas.

Excellent customer service!
Excellent customer service!! Josh was extremely helpful initially getting everything collected to get me approved & then working with Scott was a real pleasure. Every one was so friendly, helpful & answered all of my questions & made sure I felt secure & understood the entire process. They were upfront about the fees, and advised numerous times don’t borrow more than you can afford, and pay off as soon as possible to save yourself money.
