Loading was easy and fast. The boat looked nice for Christams and the treasure hunt for kids was a good idea even if we weren't concerned. All the staff of the shop on board was nice and the offer on the way back on the Christmas'packs such as Clarins(that's what I bought) was a good surprise. The jewells "Indulgence" ,a beautiful selection with reasonnable prices. My mother bought 2 lovely pins for my Christmas(an owl on the moon+ a gingerbread house)

It was fine traveling.
The staff are French or British. They are very competent, friendly and professional unlike crews on their competitors.
