Wszystko ok, tylko te załączające się pod pokładem w samochodach alarmy innych aut, przez co mój pies york bardzo się stresował. Powinien być przepis nakazjjący wyłączanie alarmów - syren w samochodach, bo inne zwierzęta stresiją się slysząc te dźwięki.
I am a frequent DFDS customer on the Dover–Calais route and have generally been satisfied with the service. However, during my crossing on 23 May, departing at approximately 16:40, I had a disappointing experience with a member of staff at one of the onboard cafés. Around halfway through the journey, I purchased a coffee and was served by a young employee who was friendly and professional. However, about 20 minutes before arrival, I returned to buy two espressos. Another staff member refused to serve us, stating that they were “preparing for the next passengers.” As the order only consisted of two espressos, I found this explanation difficult to understand. We travel on this route regularly and have often been able to purchase drinks much closer to arrival without any issue. The coffee machine did not appear to be shut down, and there was no clear reason why service could not continue. What disappointed me most was the attitude of the staff member. The response felt dismissive and somewhat sarcastic, as though our request was unreasonable. This came across as unprofessional and left a negative impression of what is otherwise usually a pleasant journey. I hope DFDS will remind staff that customer service remains important until the end of the crossing and that passengers should be treated courteously, even when services are preparing for the next sailing.

Process works like it says on the tin - especially the port reception staff who are awas lovely and so helpful.
I arrived and was told I had to pay a further £40 over and above the fully paid booking that was paid at the time of booking. There was no option to part pay when I booked. I want to reclaim the £40 plus my wasted time in dealing with this issue. Please contact me on sbanks7700@aol.com to do the repayment?
My biggest disappointment! I wast about 3hrs early and there was way too much traffic and had to wait almost 4hrs to reach the first check point, however I didn’t feel well and had to turn back home missing out on my weekend and got no refund for it!
Did the job despite border queues… clean, comfortable not crowded. Exceeded expectations

Appropriate but expensive for a 90m crossing. I believe if DFDS had fewer crossings and not so expensive tariffs there would be more people inclined to use the crossings out of season. I was charged an extra £20 more to return to Calais 3 weeks later.
