certain restaurants and foods which were advertised were not available like cornish pasties, even the warming oven was lit but empty and the food unavailable during the week when why advertise it on the screen and have the apparatus including a sign lit and on.

We were the lucky family as we arrived 15.40 and thanks to Quick controles we were able to catch a two hour earlier ferry than booked

We use DFDS Dover to Dunkirk or Calais for holidays to the continent and have always been pleased with their service

Priority boarding backfired - we arrived 4 and half hours before the slot we booked for (10pm), hoping we will board in the slot 2 hours before ours (8-pm). we were the 5th car that arrived for the 10pm slot, and the first in the Priority boarding lane. 25 cars from the 10pm slot were loaded in the 8pm crossing, but not one from the priority boarding lane... PB backfired...

Wir reisen schon seit vielen Jahren mit DFDS von Calais oder von Dünkirchen nach Dover. Das hat immer sehr gut funktioniert und wir sind äußerst zufrieden. Die Fähren sind aus meiner Sicht in einem ordentlichen und sauberen Zustand und das Personal ist immer professionell und freundlich. Die Preise für die Überfahrten steigen Jahr für Jahr leicht an, sind aber für mich noch im Rahmen und eher fair. Die zweistündige Überfahrt geht immer schnell vorbei, weil man sich auf der Fähre recht gut die Zeit vertreiben kann. Insgesamt ist alles gut und wir werden auch unsere nächste Überfahrt mit DFDS buchen.
