Personal de entrada y salida de vehículos muy agresivos e irrespetuosos en sus indicaciones Gente fumando en zonas no habilitadas dentro del navío Una fuga en una bajante de aguas fecales dirección escaleras acceso -2, goteaba orina por el desagradable olor Faltaban toallas en un camarote de 4 Personal en general dentro del barco poco profesional, me imagino que mal retribuido por sus caras y mala atención. El teléfono del camarote no recibe atención cuando llamas a recepción (lo tienen permanentemente descolgado) Salimos a las 2:30, en vez de a las 23:59 y abandonamos el barco en Italia a las 4:00 Muy pocos puntos de información en todo el trayecto.

Bonjour, À part le tarif intéressant, les sanitaires sont immonde. Manque de personnel. Une attente interminable pour la sortie une heure avant de sortir. Bref c’est fait mais ne plus refaire.

Duchas de camarote viejas. Esquinas de cama rotas. La llave de la puerta del camarote no funcionaba nunca, 10 minutos para entrar a veces. Orines de perro en muchas esquinas, mal olor.

En mi opinión, los camarotes no estaban lo suficientemente limpios y en general falta higiene en todo el barco, sobretodo las ventanas, hay que limpiarlas de vez en cuando.

There is smoking in the children's area and dogs are sleeping in the playgrounds! Dirty, smells like urine! If you pay for your food in advance, they lie and don't give you everything you paid for! Never again!!!

La ducha de nuestro camarote estaba casi atascada y es súper pequeña. Salió con mucho retraso pero llegó a la hora. Todos los operarios muy estresados con las indicaciones en el embarque y mucho más en el desembarque. Entiendo que es porque no nos permiten embarcar antes con mas calma, ni dirigirnos a nuestros vehículos antes para el desembarco. Por lo demás todo estaba aceptable aunque nada grandioso.

It has been really a bad experience this time, the boat was planning to reach Italy at 10PM and and 7PM the cleaning people oblige us to leave the room (#8001). I went to the front desk to ask at what time we should arrive and they confirmed me 10PM. When I came back to the room one of the cleaner told me we arrive at 9PM you must leave the room !!! Very bad organisation between the front desk and the Italian People in charge of cleaning, because when I talked again at 7H15 PM with the people from the front desk that we had to leave the room, they tried to justify me why it was like that. And then at 8H30 PM we heard an announcement message that people must leave rooms. Waiting 3 hours in the corridors before reaching Civitavecchia is not someting correct !!!
