I was a little sceptical about travelling with Grimaldi lines again as my previous crossing from Italy to Greece was truly horrific fortunately this crossing was slightly better.Firstly boarding and the crossing plus disembarking was faultless.Virtually the whole boat had a dreadful smell of smoke and the customer facing staff in the breakfast area probably had the worst manners I have ever experienced.Even potentially planning to spend a substantial amount of money in the onboard boutique the Greek person in charge was truly shocking.

Fähre und Kabine sehr sauber. Verpflegung an Bord auch gut. Personal nicht sehr höflich. Einladen der Fahrzeuge sehr langsam. Orientierung am Hafen schlecht. Sehr wahrscheinlich werden wir nicht mehr mit Crimaldi lines fahren, da sie von Genua aus und nach Genua nicht mehr fahren. Civitavecchia von Deutschland aus viel zu umständlich. Denn Sauberkeit, Ordnung und Pünktlichkeit lässt bei GNV sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Se demoró 5 horas más de las previstas. La mujer de la ventanilla al hacer el check-in nos cobró €70 de más por una dimensión incorrecta de nuestro vehículo, cobrándonos el valor más alto por la medida más grande, no siendo la medida de nuestro vehículo.

Llevo viajando varios años con esta compañía y los detalles cada vez se cuidan menos. Hace 2 semanas hice el mismo recorrido en sentido contrario y en ambos viajes faltaba una toalla de manos. Tuve que reclamarla 3 veces en el último viaje. El armario no disponía de ninguna percha que siempre suelen tener de 2 a 4 perchas. Tuve que reclamarlo a 5 trabajadores distintos hasta que al final uno se dignó a colocarlas. La trampilla del aire acondicionado no se podía bloquear por la noche con el ruido que genera y daño en la garganta que ocasionó y el desagüe de la ducha no tragaba (habitación 9096 del barco cruise barcelona por si sirve de algo)

Comme à chaque fois, retard de plusieurs heures sans information ni explication. Sale, toilettes fermées, salle des sièges évacuée en plein voyage. Personnel désagréable (hormis à la salle de sport)

Prima volta che ho preso un traghetto della Grimaldi Lines, sembra quasi una nave da crociera. C'è praticamente tutto. La cucina a bordo è ottima. Colazione e pranzo presi con il pacchetto del biglietto. Ho preso la poltrona ( non era poi così comoda come dicono, ma ci si accontenta. Se no uno si prende la cabina o per dormire approfitti dei divanetti nelle sale bar ). Bello vedere cani in giro con i loro proprietari ( peccato che il mio non c'è più, questo viaggio dovevamo farlo insieme ). L'unica cosa per me negativa, al porto di Civitavecchia dovrebbero mettere più cartelli direzionali verso le navi ( la compagnia non c'entra ). Dopo fatto il check-in ti dicono: vai sempre dritto di là... Eh sì, peccato che tra gimcane, cartelli d'uscita, rotatorie rischi di ritrovarti fuori in direzione Grosseto come nel mio caso... Per poi fare le corse e trovare il modo di tornare a Civitavecchia...

Overall a pleasant experience. Main public areas clean and well maintained apart from curtains in Smilas Lounge. Plenty of choice for food and drink. Unfortunately the meals we chose in the self service restaurant were tepid. However, a helpful waiter did reheat the spaghetti dish ordered. Main disappointment was the cabin, no toilet paper but I was able to be given some when I went to the reception desk. Badly hung curtains and the shower area, one of the smallest I’ve ever experienced.

Zimmer sehr geräumig, jedoch nicht sehr sauber. An der Rezeption wurde man abgefertigt und es wurde nichts erklärt, wie was läuft. Im Preis inbegriffen war das Frühstück, was ein schlechter Scherz war. Das gebuchte Abendessen für 50 Euro je Person hat das Frühstück noch übertroffen. Machen auf gut und edel, leider nicht im geringsten erreicht. Das in die Jahre gekommene Schiff wäre top, wenn man es pflegen und Instandhalten würde. Wenn man alles weiss und kennt, kann man sich darauf einstellen, dann ist die Enttäuschung auch nicht so groß.
