Leider hatte die Fähre sehr viel Verspätung. Die Verpflegung entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen. Der Duty Free-Shop war leider geschlossen

Très bonne expérience pour la traversée du Channel ! Personnel sympa au contrôle, embarquement à l’heure, ferry propre et bien équipé. Étant présent à l’embarquement plus de deux heures avant le départ (vu certains commentaires) il nous a été proposé d’embarquer sur le ferry précédent, ce qui nous a fait gagner du temps et évité une longue attente ! A recommander au niveau rapport qualité prix !

Nice staf. Despite the problems in Dover, the captain kept us regularly informed of the situation in a clearly and transparant wat.

Great crossing definitely use again, staff were extremely polite and helpful. Food was excellent (served on plates not like some other ferry’s from cardboard containers). Very clean ferry, keep up the the excellent work.

I had a very bad experience, I stood there for 8 hours waiting to board, I didn't get any explanation from anyone or any apologies, I will never use something like that again 👎

If I could give it no stars i would we had to wait from 7.30pm till 2am just to get to our lane and then the ferrie was delayed till 5am. the organisation was despicable the staff were very rude .I would like someone from Irish ferries to call me because I want a full refund and I will not be using your services again.

Was very crowded and late within 1 hour, and very windy outside and was very wobly, in my entire live i wasn't beeing sick(vomiting) on a boat and hapen on this trip.
