Det kommer en uppdatering per dygn, typ ”package on its way to center”, nästa dygn ”packade sorted”, tredje dygnet ”package on its way to consolidation center”. Det står att paketet ska komma fram mellan IDAG och om en vecka. Vet de inte det?

Det står inte ens i vilket land paketet finns eller har behandlats. De skulle lika gärna kunna skriva ”paketet är nog på väg och befinner sig just nu antagligen någonstans”. Sämst i världen?

This company is a scam. I signed up for a "free trial", uploaded a spreadsheet of tracking numbers, it failed to do the one thing I needed it to do (tell me if they were delivered), cancelled the account within 30 min of opening it. And then: I see a 555$ charge from them come through on my Amex Card.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC NUMBER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

I've had a parcel not delivered for 26 days and without updates for the majority of the time. There is no real way to talk to anyone to sort it out

It’s crazy the amount of hate on a shipping carriers for any carriers website/app there not the carrier your package is shipping through it’s an app that helps track your package lmao but easy site to use can do any package tracking number and carrier and pretty quick on updating each time get a update from the carriers i love it

Worthless. Customer support was aweful. Got the same automated response for multiple questions asking for assistance with our package.
Would give it a zero if possible.

Shocking service, no way of contacting them, emails do not work.

Aftership doesn't double their Delivery details before updating delivery informations. That's why customers delivery never arrives.

Tired of 3rd party companies trying to get involved on services the main company provides for free.

they put me on the wrong plan then said they would downgrade and refund me, its been weeks still not happened

I ordered a package from a company on 12/3. To this day 12/15 no one can tell me where the package is. I have tried contacting Aftership and all I get is 'contact the company where it was ordered from'. Unacceptable and bad business. My next move will be to call my credit card company and report theft.

This is a horrible delivery company. No customer service….

sorry the lowest I can go is 1 star or it won't let you write review Well what can I say what a shower of sh*te, they are about as useful as a bucket with no bottom, I have been tracking king a package since 1st of this month Nov 2025, so far it has departed customs, the departed Distribution on the 8th, 12th, & 14th November, then was out for dispatch on 15th & 16th November then apparently today it was delivered, NO IT WASN'T, over the last 12 days I have emailed them asking for the name and tracking number of the UK courier who will be delivering as I am certain it won't be China Mail but I get back is a generic auto email. Absoloutly shocking the have no customer service number or email that responds. if you use this organisation??? that should be DISorganisation you need you head feeling

Review for Aditi Pandey (AfterShip SDR)

My interaction with Aditi Pandey was disappointing and unprofessional. Her follow-up email carried a sarcastic, condescending tone — implying that my company’s challenges “must not be causing enough headaches.” That kind of attitude is not appropriate for sales or client outreach.

Professional communication should demonstrate respect for a prospect’s time and decision, not passive-aggressive commentary. Based on this experience, I would not consider engaging with AfterShip or recommending their services to others.

It's totally a scam, I got billed on a plan which I'm not aware of, and somehow I can not cancel it, they simply not allow you to unsubscribe the plan, so the bills go on.
And the app itself has so many bugs, my return rules are set to have return window and sale items are not eligible for return. However, I keep receiving returns which are either months out of return window, or sale items. Then I contact custom service and got replied saying the is no discount code or coupon used in the sale items, therefore it doesn't count as a sale items. For the record, items was clearly marked 50% off on my website.

The Jcex tracking updates kept updating for a month however no update that JCEX said it was delivered. Not until I went looking for the shipment did I find out it was supposedly delivered days ago but was not. All security camera footage shows noone arrived at our home. There is no way to contact the carrier in a real way (a link to a Chinese website that has no contact either), the phone number is not in service.
You try to leave a review but there is no where to do that despite showing reviews on their website.
You try a chat with them but it is a robot with automatic replies that send you in a loop of contacting a carrier that isn't there.
Not sure the point of this tracking platform, especially if there are issues. 0 stars if I could.

Terrible service. DO NOT USE! They kept taking payment after I cancelled my account. When I went to complain, I must of emailed 7 or 8 different people who kept starting the conversation from scratch. Then they refused to refund me. Had to fight for it. HORRIBLE

Excelente aplicación de seguimiento, quizás es la que más empresas tiene en su base de datos. Detección automática cuando pegas el seguimiento, muy efectiva detectando a qué empresa puede pertenecer. La recomiendo completamente.

NOTA: Es una app de seguimiento, no una empresa de transporte ni venden nada, para todas esas opiniones negativas en las que se ve que no tienen ni idea.
