We were so impressed with your service and time you spent with us and knowledge of flooring, especially Constance Ash. She came over immediately when the floors were being installed and we had an issue. She was with us every step along the way. The installation was done beautifully. We love our new floors. The bedroom wood flooring installation and remodel tile work in the master bath were both a great job. The installers were very polite and cleaned up the job when complete. Constance is my Aggieland contact. She came to check on the job, and made a separate trip at the end, to bring a bottle of stone cleaner/protector and a copy of the "care and maintenance" of the newly installed stone tile. She also answered all of my questions regarding ordering a custom rug I had made at Aggieland. She is always friendly and professional.

Aggieland Carpet One Floor and Home was selected quite by chance as we drove on HWY 6. There selection turned out to be a blessing. The finished product was outstanding. Our sales rep took our desires and suggested what would look good in our home. Because we have a small puppy, she also suggested that we get a dog friendly carpet. The installers were equally as professional as well as the plumber. They tried to accommodate our schedule, they were very informative, and they had great personalities. This was a job well done. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED!

I had a great experience at Aggieland Carpet One with my Master Bathroom remodel project. All of the staff from the sales professionals to the installers were respectful, listened, made great suggestions and helped to make my vision a reality. My project was well supervised and the installers covered my existing floors and cleaned up after themselves. The final results were better than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend anyone needing flooring in the Brazos Valley give them a call.

No returned calls or emails. Had to struggle to get any communication from company. The vinyl in the bathroom was installed with ripples. The workers came back and told my renter it could not be fixed and left. I finally got someone out there and scheduled for repair AGAIN. Was told again that it couldn't be fixed because the sub-flooring was the problem. Why didn't they tell me that to begin with. Just thought I wouldn't say anything? Finally they agreed to fix the sub-flooring and relay the vinyl down correctly. I had emailed the owner about my problems and didn't get one reply. No phone call or returned email. One month later husband called wondering why he felt no need to respond. Owner then responded that the sub-flooring would fail and would replace the vinyl for free when that happened. What?? I thought they had fixed the sub-flooring.... It took 2 MONTHS to have it installed and have it repaired. This company needs to take a course on communication. It was not a good experience. I am a repeat customer so this is an honest review of my experience this time. The number one issue is that they did not tell me the subflooring was damaged and needed fixing before the install. It wasn't until the SECOND time out to fix the ripples that I was told it was the subflooring. Had they told me at the very beginning, I would have had it fixed properly. At the time of the repair and knowledge of the subfloor issue, my renters were already back in the house and I was in a hard situation. I needed to get it fixed the easiest and fastest way possible for my renters. Richard told us that he would put plywood down in the problem area to make it better and we were satisfied with that solution. Had they told me before the install, there would not have been a problem. We would have fixed the subflooring properly. They can say they told me but that is not the facts.

Well, I normally don't write reviews, but this is an exception because Aggieland Carpet One had a difficult job.... Let me explain: we had built a new home, with wood floors in common areas, and carpet in bedrooms. A year later I tried to work with the original contractor who laid the floors, but they were out of business. In a pinch, I called Aggieland and they were so helpful! They came to my house matched the product, arrived on time, finished quickly , cleaned up and removed all debris! The final product was incredible! So, if you want a reputable company that stands by their quote chose Aggieland Carpet One! Would contract with them again!!!!!
