Absolutely awful company - AVOID!! My elderly mother "treated herself" to a dress she liked the look of- when it came it was nothing like the pictures / really poor quality and fabric and then they try and charge a 25USD min fee to refund the shoddy item! As a result my 86 year olf mother is out of pocket for an awful item she cannot wear. Why use "London" in the name and customers have to liaise with China and have no UK address to return to? They should be ashamed of themselves.

Paid for a lovely dress for a wedding .. got an old fashione, cheap quality, ugly dress from China nothing like the dress in photo with no return labels ..they took my money then offered me 5% of the money back when I complained .. this is a scam .. don’t be fooled

Do not buy anything - poor quality and refund policy is dreadful. The dress I ordered was nothing like advertised - unbelievably poor material and poorly made.

Cheap inferior clothing sold at a high price!! The clothing advertised on their website is misleading! Very dissatisfied with dress I bought! My request for refund has been ignored! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not buy from this company. If you want to return anything you have to send it as tracked parcel to china! So very expensive. Clothing was poor quality and a terrible fit

A very misleading website! It is not a shop in London, the sizing on the dresses is way out, far too big and ‘easy returns’ involves sending a dress back to an address in Asia by recorded delivery which costs the buyer nearly as much as the dresses!

SCAM , please do not buy from them. They advertise as being in the UK but are from China. I bought a dress which didn't fit and it was going to cost more to send back than the dress cost as they want it tracked.

I ordered my correct size dress - they sent a large which equated to a size 12 as per their website which was totally the wrong size and was hanging on me
It took 1 month for it to arrive
I wanted a full refund - they only offered me 5% and please donate to charity they said !
I wanted a full refund
And then they said I had to pay for the carriage costs to China !
I thought it was a UK company

Avoid !
I now have a dress which doesn’t fit due to their fault and it will cost over £25 to return

Ordered my dress on 7th April and still not received it. Poor experience

It’s advertising is misleading I thought it came from London, the item I purchased was nothing like I ordered, too long and too low, the material was different too, I asked for their return details and they offered me 5% money back and I can keep dress, I said no thank you I will have a full refund but they were never going to do that, when I told them I want to return it they gave me an address in china.
I went to post office to check how much it would cost to send back with tracking and it was over £35.00 so as I didn’t trust the company to refund me I was sure they would make some excuse not to refund like lost in transit etc, so I decided not to return it, this company is a scam, do not buy anything from them, when I asked why I couldn’t send it to London, they said all returns have to go back to China a complete rip off and I’m nearly £40.00 out of pocket

Just received my dress after waiting three weeks. I foolishly thought it was coming from the UK, but realized too late it was coming from China. Dress is flimsy and doesn't fit properly but looking at how difficult and expensive it is to return, I won't bother which is just what they want. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. Temu send better quality clothing and no hassle returns. Absolutely dreadful people. How they sleep at night, I do not know.

Buyers beware. Awful experience. Dress far too big, yet correct size ordered, not like pictures. Took ages to come & would cost $25 to return to China so no point. Company very unsympathetic, offered refund of £1.75. NEVER EVER WOULD BUT FROM THEM AGAIN. Be very careful before you do.

DONY BUY ! Terrible took weeks to come then the dress was awefull I wouldn't put my 80 yr old Granny in it! Too sizes to big material terrible thick and the colour everything about it was terrible found out it was from Asia London was just scamming you they wanted 25 dollars to return my bank are dealing with it now NEVER AGAIN ! I WILL INVESTIGATE A COMPANY THOROUGHLY ! Hopefully getting my refund

I wish I had read reviews before I fell for the tricks used by this company. The dress I ordered was nothing like the photos I had seen when ordering. Very cheap material. Very blurred design. Very poor fit. Was going to return but after reading reviews seems pointless to even try. Definitely avoid this company !

They should not be allowed to trade.
You think they are based in London.
The goods come from China and they
will give you a refund of 5% of the cost. I was told to give my dress away or send back to China at

Purchased item in good faith, it was unsuitable and too small when it arrived. Was offered a 5% cashback and invited to gift item or donate to charity, so was unable to return item for refund.

I ordered a dress. When it eventually arrived it was not like the photos. The material was very cheap and chatty and the dress was too big. I asked for a refund and was told they would send me a smaller size. I declined and was told they would refund me only 10 percent of what I paid. Then I was told if I wanted a refund I would have to send the dress to China. Do not buy from these people. They should not be allowed to scam people like this

This company is no more than a money making scam. The products are of very poor quality. Returns are not “easy” as quoted on their website. Customers are required to pay the return shipping costs to CHINA! It is a disgrace that this company is allowed to trade .

Received extremely poor quality dress. Thin polyester material and poorly made. It doesn't even qualify for one star to be honest.
As I see others have reported. they initially offered 5%, then 10% and finally 15% refund with a 50% credit on future purchases. As if I would buy from them again!
Even though return address is in Feltham, the dress has to be returned to China at my cost!
Absolute scam.
Do not buy anything from this company or any others which appear to be UK companies.
If in doubt check Companies House first.
