Missing parts
Opened box after traveling 5 hours back home and discovered missing part. Contacted Monroe branch on Wednesday and missing part was delivered on Thursday.
One cannot ask for better service!

Id give minus stars but no option, very poor customer service, you think theyd be screaming for business with brexit, ordered wellies, never arrived, i emailed and msged through email and no reply. Ill be avoiding ebay and Agri UK from now. Go amazon.

Purchased a Eurocardan PTO safety shield, came with- in 5 days. In assembling I had to size shield shorter, and the safety sticker was on the end that I had to cut off. tried to remove sticker with a hairdryer and ruined it call for a replacement and explained my story I was told no problem, by weeks end I had a complete shaft replacement with a handwritten note saying they did not have replacement sticker so a complete shield was sent.

Delivered entirely the wrong item. Was assured this would be swapped over however it wasn’t. My emails were mostly ignored, I was lied to on live chat and also ignored when asking to have this resolved. Shocking customer service so had to involve PayPal to get my money back. Avoid!

Good luck returning anything. I hate to say it but just save yourself time and money and buy it off Amazon. I have spent hours on the phone and spoke to 6 different people and keep getting the run around. They finally gave me a call tag number and it took 4 emails to get the correct number so I could schedule the appointment. There 100% satisfaction guarantee is a complete joke.

Drove 3 hrs for plow parts thatI I checked inventory on their website. Two young men searched high and low to no avail. Seems to be a regular occurrence I do appreciate the Two young men's efforts.

Placed online order. 10 days went by, and no word from them.. Called and they told me they deleted my order. Then told me they could place it again, but my order would not get any shipping priority, so needed to wait 5 more days for them to ship it. I could see my order online, but they had no reference of it. Unbelievable poor service to new customers, and very poor website order service, and rude customer service on the phone.
