I am using Ahead since about 2 months . I find the activities /chapters interesting, it helps to reflect on many aspects of our thinking habits and our behaviors. It covers multiple problems and gives concrete examples from everyday life and practical advice to feel better. Books/articles references are also given.
Positive Ahead app Review
I'm going through CBT therapy (talk) and using the Ahead app as back up for when I'm at home. It's really helping me remember the techniques my therapist and I are working on. You have to do the work it teaches you, though. It really does work. I've been living in "fight or flight" mode for 40 years, and accepting being calm and reframing my mindset has helped a ton.

I think this is a really nice introduction to building up a toolkit of techniques to help manage anxiety that are tailor-made to you and who you are. As we use our phones so much, itâs easy to do a daily check in and build up a gradual understanding of how anxiety works - and how it can be managed. I noticeably feel better knowing whatâs happening in my brain! And I really appreciate being able to use certain tools daily, and even make my own versions. Beautiful MHPSS tech! ð
Great idea
The app really helps me to work on my emotional intelligence on a daily basis. Although there were phases in my life, in which I managed to do that without an app, I was never as consistent as I am with ahead. Even with using the app for only 5 mins a day I notice that I make improvements as this can be enough to raise awareness on how to deal with emotions.
