Another Issue/s wirh AIB 😵
Here I go again with another AIB Merchant issue. I’ve emailed customer services and complaints repeatedly, but still haven’t had a single reply explaining what they’ve charged me for—this time or ever. A transaction from over a month ago still has no breakdown. That just shows how terrible they are. I’ve already escalated it to the Financial Ombudsman, so we’ll see what comes of that.
I also asked for a final bill since I want to leave their contract, which has only about four months left. They hit me with a bill over £1,000. How is that even possible for just four months? But then again, this is AIB—shocking their customers is what they do best.

Excellent experience
My experience was great. I was dealing with Megan Duff who was very helpful, she fielded a lot of questions and did so in a pleasant, friendly manner and also replied in a prompt fashion. This Clover system is new to us but we feel like we have help just an email away.

I had a seamless transfer from my old merchant ID to my new one thanks to Colm Harmon from AIB Merchant services. Nothing I asked was of any trouble to him and he helped me through step by step with the process.

Clarisse was excellent
Clarisse was excellent, came in after a very difficult dealings with not being able to change bank account. Clarrise was helpful, professional and got the job done, thus saving the company a customer as we were intending on closing the account due to the length in which it was taking us to change our account.
