The in-person course is more than can be captured in a comment. It completely demystified what was expected on test day in order to get my PMP certification. Aileen does a fantastic job of ensuring anything and everything you will encounter is not only covered but understood by those participating. I took my exam 3 days after completing the course and passed it with time to spare!

I loved that most of the videos were short, straight to the point and Aileen was able to provide an easy-to-understand summary. My favorite were the quizzes which not only provided the correct answer but also why the answer was correct and what to look out for in the future.

Ms Aileen's training method works 100%.

Her fast-track package for those that already have the required hours of training is one of the best to prepare for the PMP exam; just follow her guide stricto sensu and you will be fine.

Aileen, I thank you for being part of my PMP certification journey.

The FastTrack Program were very informative. The class helped me understand the PMP mindset, keywords to look for when answering questions, and how to solve real project management issues using best practices.

Aileen was a great resource starting from day one. I started with her FastTrack course online and then took her In-Person Bootcamp the week after. Aileen’s class and quiz structure really help to understand key words and wrong answers for the PMP test. She was also great at responding to emails when I had questions. 24 days elapsed from the day I signed up for Aileen’s course to my test day, and I passed the PMP exam on May 15, 2025! I had zero PMP exposure going into the Bootcamp and very little knowledge about Agile. Couldn’t have done it without you Aileen, thank you for everything.

Aileen is a phenomenal high-performance coach. I worked with her for 12 weeks. We worked through a wide variety of topics. She asked insightful questions abd guided me through my thoughts. She was very professional, guided me through my breakthroughs and cheered me on as I made progress. I highly recommend her if you want to reach higher levels of success.

Previously, I had taken a PMP prep course that left me more confused than when I had started it. After being terrified of taking the exam for the next 2 years, I found Aileen’s program through YouTube. Her program is amazing. She gets right to the heart of the information you need AND explains why you need it. She didn’t just teach me how to pass the exam, she taught me HOW to be a better Project Manager!! I signed up for the PMP On-Demand Program and set an ambitious 2 month goal. Well, life happened and I was only able to complete 89% of the program in time, but I passed above target in all areas. Thank you so much!

This week last year I started a 35hr boot camp which taught me absolutely nothing. I had no grasp on HOW to test.

I failed miserably and then didn’t study again. I was reminded by a colleague that I needed to get back in the game before my time expired.

I booked my exam with 45 days until I expired.

A friend/colleague recommended Aileen. I reached out to her and she gave me a plan to succeed without much time. I signed up for the fast track. When I started I was doing 50-60s on the quizzes. I finally hopped on one of her zooms and it clicked!!! I understood what I was missing. I slid my exam date back just a few days to give me another weekend to study. After that my scores started to rise. I watched 2 more zooms. and then over last weekend it was the first time I got an 80 on a practice test. Then consistently there after.

In just a short amount of time without even completing the fast track course and a few zoom’s
- I tested yesterday. Passed

I really appreciated Aileen's study method. I participated in the boot camp, and the (2) weekly online study sessions with a live group, and completed the 74 lessons in the FastTrack program. I found the quizzes and tests very helpful in learning the Agile/Scrum process, even though I do not practice this style of Project Management in my job. Aileen's method of teaching and test-taking was instrumental in my success in passing the exam. She was always available for questions and to help create a study plan. I would recommend the boot camp and the PMP FastTrack program.

Aileen is an excellent trainer and teacher. Her course provides numerous practice questions related to project management and the PMBOK. She also provides two weekly virtual group sessions where you can practice answering questions with a group of people. It helps make the studying process enjoyable.

I passed the PMP exam in less than three weeks. Her guidance and course grew my skills and confidence.

Try her Thursday weekly sessions to see if she is a fit for you to gain those coveted letters: PMP!

I reached out to Aileen 6 days before my CAPM exam because I was not prepared and was sure I was going to fail. She guided me on what I could do and what course would help me prepare better and help me pass my CAPM exam. I am glad I bought her PMP fast-track program. She helped and guided me throughout those 6 days, and I passed my exam. The course was informative and helped me understand how to prepare and understand the questions. I am happy I found Aileen at the right time and got my certification. Thank you, Aileen!

After completing a course with another vendor, I signed up for the PMP Exam Six-Pack Fast-Track Monthly Subscription, which included quizzes and a final exam. I also participated in several of the free live sessions with Aileen. After setting up a custom study plan for me, Aileen taught me how to read the questions and look for key connections in the answers and eliminate those that are not applicable and select the most appropriate answer. I did 70+ quizzes and the exam in 2.5 weeks and then passed the final credential exam at and above the target range. By taking practice quizzes everyday leading up to the exam, I was able to expand my PMP knowledge base, master the process of breaking down the exam into blocks of 60 questions at 75-75-and 80 minute intervals. I followed Aileen’s advice for the exam by doing the tutorial at the start of the exam at the testing center, using my max time intervals to answer and review questions and I stepped out for my two 10 minute breaks. Success!! I highly recommend Aileen’s PMP training. Take advantage of her free weekly training and any of her prep courses. This was a game changer.

Excellent teacher and this course prepares you for the understanding and mindset of the PMP and what is required.

Very efficient learning style that instills confidence in your test taking abilities.

More than enough material to study all facets of project management.

I put off taking the PMP exam for over 10 years. The idea of reading the PMBok and reviewing flashcards made my eyes roll back. I am so incredibly thankful that a friend of mine recommended Alieen’s program. She is a masterful instructor that provides you with the guidance on understanding the process with test questions and discussion. Her online program allows you to work anywhere in the world and attend a weekly online review course lead by her. f you have the ability to take her Bootcamp, which I did, you will be glad you did. I wish every certification was taught by such a wonderful instructor with the same quality of study material. I can honestly say I never want to take the test again, but if I had to for some reason, I would know that I would pass again because of Aileen's program.

Aileen provided a clear and focused class with solid foundational material along with test taking hints that proved to be essential. Her friendly and supporting teaching style made all students confident that they could pass the PMP test. I highly recommend her to all my co-workers.

I used both Aileen’s online and in person prep courses. I also attend many of her online/zoom call reviews. Without a doubt, her courses and online zoom calls significantly contributed to me being able to pass my PMP exam, the first time, with the highest score of “above target” in all three graded areas. I highly recommend her courses for anyone preparing for the PMP exam!

I passed the PMP exam on my first try, after completing Aileen’s live, in-person boot camp and pre-class prep. From the moment I walked into the exam, I felt prepared and confident—a testament to the practical and focused guidance Aileen provided.

When I initially shared my study plan—two hours a day, five days a week for 14 weeks—Aileen gave me direct and honest feedback: it was overkill, and I was focusing on the wrong material. Her advice helped me streamline my efforts and focus on what was truly needed to pass the exam.

From application guidance to time management tips and clear do’s and don’ts for studying, Aileen’s support was invaluable. Her teaching is practical and tailored to what works best to pass the exam. Without her help, I would have wasted time and energy on the wrong approach.

If you’re considering this boot camp, don’t hesitate—it’s a smart investment in your success. Aileen’s program gave me the tools, knowledge, and confidence I needed to achieve my goal!

This review is long overdue as I sat for the PMP test in June (2024).
I completed Aileen’s course, and it exceeded my expectations. The program is well-structured and comprehensively covers key project management principles, tools, and methodologies. The curriculum was practical and relevant to real-world scenarios, from planning and scheduling to risk management and stakeholder communication.
One standout feature is its focus on identifying and using keywords effectively. This emphasis is a bonus for any project manager, as it sharpens the ability to communicate objectives clearly, navigate documentation with ease, and optimize team collaboration. The program teaches how to pinpoint critical terms that streamline understanding across teams, vendors, and stakeholders, which is essential for project success.
Overall, Aileen’s program is an excellent resource for both novice and experienced project managers. Its practical approach, coupled with the unique focus on keyword identification, sets it apart from other programs. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comprehensive approach to studying for the PMP.
