Very disappointing.

They are very irresponsible people. They don't care about anyone. They are rude people. It's a very bad flight. They never tell you the correct time. They humiliate the passengers a lot. Sometimes at the airport and sometimes while sitting on the plane. They changed flight timing so many times In a day and also they didn't inform
They don't care about passengers emergency passengers health care
They sit them in plane and then inform flight again late
There's so many passengers which have many health issues
If a passenger diabetes so how they can wait to much time for food 1st they wait airport from 4 to 9 because of flight cancellation then they start boarding at 9 all passengers sit and then thay told now flight again late for 3 hours.
Seriously??????
How they can wait so long for there meal even they are not well physically

I’m currently at Islamabad…

I’m currently at Islamabad International Airport, and there are too many passengers waiting at the boarding pass counter. Unfortunately, there are not enough staff members to handle the crowd efficiently. Many people are facing difficulties and long waiting times.

I kindly request Airblue management to ensure there are enough staff members at the boarding counters in the future, so passengers don’t have to face such inconvenience again. Thank you.

On 24th Sep

On 24th Sep , I had to travel to Karachi from Lahore, twice their flight was cancelled, I had to buy a new ticket almost three times the original price.
Next day return flight again cancelled , no one picked up their helpline eventually had to go to their office to have it moved. Pathetic, Pathetic experience, do not travel with them. The staff at the Karachi airport is the worst for AirBlue.

I booked a flight with Airblue for 11…

I booked a flight with Airblue for 11 September, flight scheduled at 7:45 AM, from Islamabad (or origin) to Karachi, to reach the South Karachi Court for a hiring process. I chose this flight because of its timing.

However:
1. The flight’s time was changed without any notification (by phone, SMS, or email). This severely disrupted my plans.
2. When I tried to change the ticket due to job requirement, Airblue imposed costs / restrictions.
3. On another day, my flight was delayed by one hour, again without reasonable notice or explanation.
4. Because of these issues, I have lost time, money, perhaps opportunity — because I could not attend my hiring process on time.

I believe this is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect:
• Timely and clear communication of any schedule change, before the flight;
• Possible compensation or refund option when changes are made by the airline without notice;
• Respect for customers who depend on flights for important appointments;
• Better customer service in handling ticket changes (especially for urgent, work-related reasons).

I request a full explanation, an assurance this won’t happen again, and compensation for the losses (monetary / time) I incurred because of these haphazard changes.

If no satisfactory resolution is given, I will consider elevating this complaint to the Civil Aviation Authority of Pakistan & sharing this experience on all available public platforms.

Absolutely worst experience

Absolutely worst experience. You can never travel on your schedule no matter whenever you book the ticket, you will have to travel with AirBlue schedule. I repeat never, forget your business, forget your urgencies, you travel with AirBlue schedule.

VERY BAD SERVICE

All airlines provide hand luggage allowance for infants, but Airblue does not allow any infant luggage, which is very disappointing. The behavior of Airblue staff at Dubai boarding was also very bad. Why does Airblue not allow infant luggage? Babies need food, clothes, and other essentials. We already pay for the ticket fare and baggage fare, which is acceptable, but not allowing infant luggage is very unfair. Dear Airblue team, please review the baggage policies of other airlines and include this service in your policy as well. It is really a shame about your current service.

Worst airline i ever travelled with

Worst airline i ever travelled with, i travelled from dubai to lahore and they left all of our luggage in dubai of arround 30 people. And it’s been 3 days and no one is there to update us no one is attending our call. I suggest you not to fly with airblue. You might think that you will save 10-15k rupees but in reality you will loose more. So don’t ever fly with airblue

Absolutely Pathetic Experience with Airblue – Never Again!

I had one of the worst travel experiences of my life with Airblue – and I wouldn’t recommend this airline to my worst enemy. What started as a 3-hour delay quickly turned into a 4-hour wait, and by the time we got to the airport, the delay had ballooned to an infuriating 6 hours.

But here’s the real kicker: when we asked for a refund, we were told we weren’t eligible because the “official” delay hadn’t crossed their 5-hour policy window – a manipulative tactic that feels intentionally designed to cheat customers. It’s very clear now what they do: they announce smaller delays to avoid refund obligations, and then quietly extend the delay once passengers are trapped at the airport with no other options. It’s deceitful, disrespectful, and downright unethical.

There was no compensation, no transparency, no staff to take responsibility, and absolutely no concern for the passengers’ time, plans, or sanity. We were left stranded with zero explanation or support.

And this isn’t even a one-time issue – on a previous flight from Sharjah to Islamabad, they called me personally to say the flight was on time, only for it to end up being delayed by a ridiculous 7 hours. This is not just incompetence, this is pure negligence and a total disregard for customer service.

Airblue has proven to be an unreliable, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing airline. I will never fly with them again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them unless you want your plans ruined and your time completely disrespected.

I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Airblue due to the behavior of a staff member named Huma Maqsood. She treated us with unacceptable disrespect, tore our boarding passes, and publicly humiliated my mother in front of many passengers. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, she shouted at us, refused to listen, and fabricated a false story to her colleagues to justify her behavior. She also threatened me, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

It was clear that she was not trained in basic customer service or respectful communication—especially when speaking to elderly women. I also noticed she was only giving attention to male passengers during boarding, completely ignoring others.

I strongly request that Airblue hire properly trained and educated staff who know how to talk with elders respectfully, and treat all passengers equally—regardless of gender.

This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the airline and creates a very negative image. I hope serious action is taken.

Bad boarding protocol and rude staff

Bad boarding protocol and rude staff. One they cancelled my morning flight and many flights in between and only ran the one in evening leading to believe they consolidated their passengers in to one flight, this gives a false perception to those who need to get to a place in a certain time. Second at the Karachi gate when it is boarding time, there is no announcement on speakers instead there is a long line and in front of the line someone is calling out a set of numbers e.g from seat 30-40 board now, which cannot be heard all the way in the back, when I got to the front using that long line, I had maybe seat 18, she asked us to "step aside" like it was a long line step aside where? it is a tiny area, I asked where have to been mentioning this seat no. is boarding she said you didn't listen, the staff did say, at that point another customer also there handing her the boarding pass confirmed yes their staff indeed does call out, but for me that call out is useless if it cannot be heard in the back. She then further tells me that the customer also confirmed that we called out (rudely, note just saying that sentence is rude). This is supposed to be the most organized airline in the country.

I am writing regarding an extremely…worst experience by travelling through Airblue

I am writing regarding an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience I had while traveling from Dubai to Islamabad on Flight PA 217.

This was my first time choosing Airblue, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a regrettable decision. At Dubai International Airport, a staff member named Farooq displayed rude and unacceptable behavior. He misbehaved with me, attempted to create a scene at the airport, and categorically stated that he would not allow me to board the flight, despite my having all valid documentation and being fully compliant with travel procedures.

Such behavior is not only unprofessional but deeply disrespectful and unbecoming of an airline representative. I felt humiliated and threatened, especially as a first-time traveler with your airline. This is certainly not the kind of customer service any passenger deserves, and it has raised serious concerns about how Airblue treats its travelers.

I request a formal investigation into this incident and expect an apology from your staff for the way I was treated. I also urge you to ensure such behavior is not repeated with any other passenger.

Terrible Experience with Airblue Staff – Flight P111

I had a terribly disappointing experience with the Airblue team during Flight P111. The airport staff were unprofessional, uncooperative, and extremely agitated. I had requested a wheelchair for my elderly mother who struggles with walking, but there was no support, no empathy — only frustration from the staff when I tried to explain her condition.

To add to the poor service, we were asked to combine two bags into one without any prior information or warning. A Supervisor even accused me of being rude, which was completely untrue — I was simply stressed and trying to ensure my mother was comfortable. He behaved in a very arrogant manner, which only worsened the situation.

The final blow was being forced to remove 1.5kg from a bag at the last minute, with no flexibility or understanding. This entire ordeal ruined what should have been a special goodbye with my mother. Because of the chaos, we couldn't even take a photo or enjoy our last few minutes together at the airport.

After living in the UAE for 13 years, this is by far the worst experience I’ve had at any Airlines. It’s no surprise the flight was nearly empty — Airblue’s lack of customer service and compassion, especially for elderly passengers, is truly disappointing.

I sincerely hope the airline takes this feedback seriously and improves their staff training and behavior.

Unacceptable Airblue Delays and Poor Service

To Airblue Customer Service,

For the past three years, my family and I have endured unacceptable 9-10 hour delays with Airblue, particularly on flights to/from Pakistan. Unlike other airlines on the same routes with identical departures, Airblue consistently causes a complete loss of travel days.

It's unacceptable that you offer no compensation for winter delays, forcing passengers to wait in the cold.
Airblue intentionally delays flights under 12 hours to avoid penalties, showing a lack of respect for passengers. They only notify passengers about the delay 3-4 hours prior to scheduled flight departure, always giving the same unclear explanation of "technical issues."

Furthermore, your strict baggage weight policy, even for tiny overages, seems designed to save fuel at passenger inconvenience and other airlines are not this stingy. The meals provided during flights are of poor quality too.

Consistent delays, poor passenger care during disruptions, unclear communication, and rigid baggage rules demonstrate a disregard for passengers. This is a significant failure of basic airline service.

I rang this number
02038841445 they answered as booking .com they asked for my card number to obtain a refund and they took more money out of my account t on 2 occasions they also come under fly Jinnah serve
They will not refund me unless I have another card number please be aware not to give card details
I have no idea why they took money out of my account t when I went to book for the Howfields hotel merthye Tydfil I am now in receipt of £259.96
