Still NO funds transfer.

Sent hundreds of follow up emails..Kept on circling around 🙁🙁 forever on queue.

I created a project for my best friend who is really sick and need money for his daily life so he can focus on his health. The project is finished but they didn't transfer the money, they always say that I am on the queue to receive the transfer. Every time I emailed them, they told me to be patient but couldn't really say the real status of the transfer. Now they stop replying my emails. Do not use this service, what an absolute scam!

Airfunding is a SCAM and criminal. They do not send the money to the recipients of charitable campaigns on their site.

VERY IMPORTANT: AirFunding uses Stripe to process credit card transactions. Users who have been defrauded and scammed should register a complaint against AirFunding via their credit card company AND Stripe (via “Contact Customer Support link support.stripe.com) so they will know that AirFunding is using their platform to transact fraudulently.

AirFunding is just AWFUL - they stopped responding to the emails of the organizer who created the campaign, and will not disburse the proceeds of the $1,000 donation I made through the site to help someone in need. DO NOT use this site - you will lose your money. I am going to have to dispute the transaction with my credit card.

Don't even think about using this site to raise money or contribute to any campaign.

This website is an ABSOLUTE scam, they are profesional thieves and take money from the people they need the most, they should be in Jail or dead!

I am grateful for this app as it helps me to raise funds for my uncle. After 2 mos. I got the money through bitcoin and kraken app. You kust have to be patient to wait for the transfer.

It's 4 stars now. I have waited for 5 months and thank God, they have finally transferred my fund.

Airfunding is never going to answer your emails or give the funds back to you. After almost a year I am still do not get my funds and nobody answers my emails anymore. Airfunding is just a scam and nothing more. DO NOT TRUST AIRFUNDING!

Mi proyecto finalizado desde diciembre y aun no recibo la transferencia de los fondos, nunca responden a mis correos ni me dan una respuesta exacta de cuando seran transferidos los fondos, se supone que es una pagina de ayuda y solo retrasan mas todo, exijo una respuesta inmediata de cuando seran transferidos mis fondos con urgencia.

¡CUIDADO CON AIRFUNDING!, NO REGRESAN LOS FONDOS, Y VEO QUE NO SOY EL ÚNICO. Unámonos contra Airfunding y sus incumplimientos y promesas falsas, información nada acertada ni coherente con lo que ofrecen. Empecé mi proyecto el 8 de Septiembre 2022, hoy es día que no responden mas correos, y no tengo fondos en mi cuenta, te sugieren contratar FTX y resulta que ya se declaró en banca rota y ahora tienen demandas por millones que deben. Casualmente cuando se supone mi dinero debería ser devuelto, según las especificaciones de airfunding, truena FTX, me sugieren otra alternativa de plataforma, y ya van 2 meses y medio y aún no recibo fondos y NI UNA RESPUESTA NI SOLUCIÓN. Mi queu # era el 287 en Noviembre. SI SU CASO ES URGENTE, IMPORTANTE, SERIO, NO USEN AIRFUNDING. Hasta ahora son una BURLA Y ESTAFA.

Mi proyecto culminó a fines del mes de agosto, me llegó el mensaje de airfunding que mis fondos iban a ser transferidos y nada!

He enviado muchos emails, ya perdi la cuenta. Me contestaron que mi proyecto estaba en cola, eso ya hace como 5 meses, pero parece que la cola es infinita porque aun nada, cada vez que me escriben, se inventan cualquier número en la cola. A veces estoy supuestamente más cerca y a veces más lejos! Ya es demasiado tiempo, si uno hace esto es porque uno necesita el dinero. Ya estamos enero y este es una actualización más de mi comentario, ya son 5 meses que culminó el proyecto porque desde que empezó es más tiempo y ustedes siguen con el dinero de uno, no sean ladrones, ya se quedan con un 8% del dinero que me parece suficiente como para que depositen el dinero a tiempo! Mi mamá tiene cáncer y necesito el dinero urgente. El dinero no es suyo, es de las personas que nos han donado y a ellos les hicieron el débito de sus cuentas de inmediato y ya son 4 meses y siguen bien agarrados un dinero que no les pertenece. Devuelvan el dinero, sean cumplidos y depositen el dinero que no es suyo, les repito, a tiempo! Y no me salgan con que ponga aquí mi correo porque bien saben que no se puede, por eso les estoy especificando todo. Por último, me salieron que porque FTX había quebrado no tenían donde depositarme pero resulta que yo no puse una billetera FTX, yo puse una billetera Binance, que hasta se las envié por correo para que no se sigan haciendo los locos y los cojudos y ya me paguen! He escrito ya muchisimas veces y me contestan por aquí pero nada más, no dan solución ni nada, solo siempre responden la misma pendejada y la verdad que a mi no me interesa que me contesten, yo lo que quiero es mi dinero!
Solo me contestan aquí pero se hacen los locos con el dinero!!! Ya paguenme, ladrones!!!

As of February 1st 2023, the response I received from Airfunding in my Trustpilot review is a hoax. I never heard anything about the money transfer. Once again, I emailed them and they marked it as answered!

It has been 4 months since my project ended project 714670, and I have yet to receive the funds. I have already been accused of theft by the recipient of the funding. Initially, I was getting responses to the tickets I sent, but now it has been 40 days since I heard back. Even though I didn't receive a reply, my ticket is being marked as answered.

Kindly sensor my full name!!! You also said you sent an update via email but you once again lied! You sent nothing!!! Why do you need my email when all you talk is nonsense. You sacm and scam and scam. You ask for my email or to email you. I have emailed you several 100 times over the past month including this week and you still refuse to pay the money. July colleague already lost 2 family member and you still have not responded or shown interest to pay.

I need this money asap as I am facing the trouble at work. Project Id 723728 now for the sake of humanity get a grip and stop scamming people.

If I could give this platform a 0% rating, I would. I started a campaign for my friend in September 2021. All through 2022 I tried getting the money for her to do her surgery and they kept saying they have sent the funds and I haven't received a dime. I just simply gave up. The numerous customer service reps that I have spoken to were very helpful, however, I haven't received any funds. I am very disappointed in this platform that is supposed to help people.

We created a project for my uncle who will undergo a surgery. The project has been finished yet they didn't transfer the money! I've reached thier customer service but they are not replying!

Mi nombre es Miriam,y elproyecto que cree para la recaudación de fondos para mi mamá es de abril del 2022, con término para el 15 de mayo.
Mi mamá necesitaba el dinero recaudado para sus tratamientos en contra del adenocarcinoma que deterioró gravementesu salud.
El dinero se necesitaba de forma inmediata (como es en TODOS LOS CASOS de quienes recurrimos a este medio por distintas razones), y claramente NO lo pasaron a la fecha, a pesar de que muchisimas personas en varias partes del mundo donaron su granito de arena para ayudar a mi mamá. Tuve que pedir créditos que hoy en día siguen en pie para poder pagar los exámenes y el tratamiento de mi madre. Como todo cáncer, los tratamientos son carísimos, pero especialmente en Venezuela con la devaluación que existe. Da mucha impotencia saber que tienes un dinero que se ha recaudado a favor de una buena causa y que la fundación encargada no se hace responsabledemandarlo a tiempo.
Luego de esta ayuda solicitada, la idea era hacer otro proyecto, puesto que mi mamé en menos de 1 año ameritó 2 tratamientos de radioterapia y 3 tratamientosde quimioterapia. En noviembre 22, pasaron unicamente 500 dolares del total recuadado, con lap promesa de terminar de pasar el resto y hasta eldía de hoy, NADA!
Lamentablemente y con todo el dolor de mi alma, debo decir que FALLECIÓ el pasado 31 de diciembre en Caracas :´(, y luego de todo lo que pasó no pudo contar con la ayuda que se había recolectado para ella.
Ahora me he quedado sin mi mamá y con deudas abismales que pudieses solventarse con el resto del dinero que queda pendiente, pero no contestan ya ni siquiera mis emails.
No recomiendo el uso de esta plataforma paranada, porque son muy irresponsables con el dinero ajeno, llegando a parecer una vil estafa.
Espero que todasestas quejas lleguen a organismos que puedan demandarlos para que no siga ocurriendo.

Airfunding are trying to tell everyone that they are having trouble in transferring of funds from projects. I suggest if that if they think after a project ends and they can't proceed transfer of funds then Airfunding should hold users from creating new projects.
So far Airfunding sucks 😞

I donated to a friend of mine that was raising funds for his son. It's been well over a month since the project ended and they still have not sent the funds that were raised. They stopped responding to emails and are ignoring the fund raiser. As I donated my money to the project, and that money can no longer be accessed, I feel as if I have been robbed.

Do not use Airfunding, they will NOT return any funds raised.

UPDATE: Still no funds for the project owner. 45 days since project ended, and no funds. They take your donation within minutes but getting anything out seems impossible. Do not use!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

Just like what the others said… after raising >>1000 USD, they did kot transfer the funds to me. My sister has died but no money was received.

No explanations, no responses. All lies!!!
