The wallpaper on "woven paper"was more like plastic, and a classic example of printing a low resolution image too big so it becomes blurry, and also the various parts of the wallpaper did not line up. Spent nearly $200 and this crap can go in the bin, not useful for anything. Extremely disappointing.

Just a rip off this company.. they sell vinyl wallpaper triple the cost ..Wallpaper does not stick properly from the sides it keeps coming off..such a waste of money

Ordered two very small non slip plush circular rugs, only one arrived and it bares no resemblance to what I ordered, paid £90, raised a complaint through PayPal 5 weeks ago and still waiting after being made to return it ti Australia before being refunded, both this company and PayPal are shocking !!!!!

Deceitful company. I swear the images are not pics of their own work/wall paper, just images, because the real deal looks fake. Edges of overlaps peel (like many others complain about but the owner states hes never heard of this problem?) and some lines are uneven and dont match no mater which way i lined them up b4 i stuck them. btw, I have experience in decal application for the NBL basketball courts in Melbourne.
Customer service was straight forward and told me pay for another one!!!!! Even though id explained these problems. STEER CLEAR!

Well,I have read the reviews(all the bad reviews)and however decided to place an order with them as I have found the wallpaper I was looking for some time and couldn’t find elsewhere.Have even contact them to ensure I will get a good quality product as described.I don’t know why they’ve got bad reviews as I was impressed of the quality when I’ve received it.5 stars:very precise with the given sizes,it sticked perfectly to the wall, delivered in time 👍Very satisfied!!!

Ordered a specific sized mural.
They just stretched the image to fit.
Totally unusable. Unfit for purpose.
Customer service response was very slow and unwilling.
Not getting anywhere.
Complained through Pay Pal
Made me post back the useless mural to obtain refund $896
Too big for Australia Post, $40 courier.
Promised to refund money when received return parcel.
Didnt.
Chased up as Paypal was about to close the case.
Was ready to go to Fair Trading but they refunded money to my Paypal account at the last minute.
Still $40 out of pocket for return of the useless mural.
As a customer of AJ Wallpaper do you really want to go through this pain, inconvenience and disappointment?

Very interesting experience!! Please make sure you understand the product you are buying. I Purchased a custom sized mural in 'premium canvas' total cost $328 although there is 3 types of material paper, vinyl and canvas there is only one stock photo. The product I received was a matte finish quite different to the stock photo which appears gloss in saying that the product i received also appeared faded like the printer was running out of ink. Also not cut straight /square !! told it was cut with scissors I assume they would have a commercial cutter!! The product was not packaged properly i.e not in a cardboard tube and was crinkled at one end. With quite a lot of emailing sms and general complaining stating the product was of poor quality I slowly started to received replies. (will not answer phone during office hours)
n.b i was receiving automated emails everyday but taking day's to respond to my emails.

To be fair AJ sent a second mural this time a vinyl product while still not packaged properly was not damaged. And appeared similar to the stock photo.

I decided to install the vinyl mural

Installation there is virtually no useful information on the site regarding installation other to say the product can be pulled off and reapplied. For my product this did not work. The installation example assumes wall are square Make sure you check your walls

1. It removed plaster from wall when trying to realign. So the product bubbled and did not stick properly as plaster was stuck to the back of the sheet.

2. It is very difficult to remove parts of the backing sheet bit by bit without having the product sticking to itself and creasing then bubbling.

3. If trying to reapply second sheet it sticks to the overlapped sheet and pulls off that sheet as well.

4. the vinyl is incredibly sticky and very easily sticks together and is very difficult to un stick and becomes all creased up.

I unfortunately realised afterwards that the website says product can be removed from surfaces but doesn't state which surfaces.

The website has pages of terms and conditions privacy etc but very little information on the exact product you are buying

Be very careful do your research make sure you understand what you are buying.

They were meant to post my wallpaper in one 1-3 days but took 5. Then the wallpaper arrives and it is totally unusable as half of the image is underexposed and a totally different colour to the rest of the design. Then when you try to contact them, they never answer any calls and force you to only respond by email.

Be cautious...a personality problem.
They made promises, but never keep them and blacklist me.

I ordered some wallpaper, it was custom designed. It did not fit together nicely and my very experienced wallpaper installer took photos to show the joins did not meet nicely. Originally, when I complained, they promised me a replacement wallpaper (bearing in mind I've already paid for installation and will now need to pay for another installation). I told them I'd be back in touch when I was ready to decide on a new design. A few months later, they will not replace my wallpaper as apparently I've left it too late. They are now IGNORING all of my emails, and I'm so angry at the money I have wasted - and the extremely poor and unprofessional responses (or lack thereof). Do not use these guys, they are scammers!

Selling dodgy wallpaper that is actually wall plastic. They say self-adhesive but it peels of the edges so you need to put a frame around and frame it between the rolls. I had a wall sticker delivered from Hong Kong and it was much better packed then the wall cover from AJ wallpaper. They use a doggy delivery service as well with non COVID-19 safe pick up points.

I purchased a large (7’x16’) outdoor mural through eBay. It came in five Vertical panels. I installed them on my garage door (not easy). First problem, the image on adjacent panels didn’t match perfectly. Second, worse problem, the panels shrunk! A lot. A big mess. Don’t order outside murals.
