Recently booked a domestic and they cancelled the flight after a month due to operational issues , with me going through the uphill cost on booking the alternative flight and other allied cost considering more you pay when you are closer to the dates . Refunds.. still sitting in their pockets , chasing chasing chasing ... Even if free flights please don't go for as they can do any for their own benefits.. very selfish...

I had an excellent experience with Akasa Air's customer support. We had already booked our family trip,but for some certain reassions we resedule our flite at last days . It was a very emotional and difficult situation for us.
The Akasa Air team listened to our request with empathy and supported us throughout the rescheduling process. They waived the rescheduling charges and guided us professionally. Their kindness and understanding meant a lot to our family.
This will be our first flight with Akasa Air, and after this wonderful customer service experience, we are even more excited to travel with them. Thank you for putting customers first. We truly appreciate your support and highly recommend Akasa Air for their compassionate and excellent service. ❤️✈️

Never choose this airline. Always check the fine print for under any airline’s website about whether the aircraft is operated by Akasa Air. My mother and I had our flight due on the 7th of May, 2026 from AUH -> COK at 9PM. Instead, they kept delaying it every three hours until they eventually rescheduled the flight for 12:30PM the next day, ONLY for it to be delayed AGAIN till 10PM. 25 hours of delay. Absolutely disgusting, especially considering how many of the passengers were at the airport in transit. No compensation and no refund. Instead, they gave us a sad “complementary”vegetable sandwich on the flight.

Hello On February 23, we bought a plane ticket in the direction of Pune - Goa.
Unfortunately, the purchase was unsuccessful, and we received a message saying that
the amount of USD 271.52 will be returned to the card number 5522099361365646 within
30 days. But even after 2 months, the refund has not been implemented yet.
If a refund has been made, please send us the receipt and we will inquire with the bank
The service is very bad.
They promised a refund for more than two months but the payment has not been credited to the account yet. We are still waiting for a response.

The worst possible airlines ever will never recommend it to anyone. Traveled from Bangalore to Abu Dhabi the staffs were soo rude doesn’t know how to treat customers and they charged us 2640 rupees for 1 kg excess weight in the baggage and my baggage had 5kg extra so they made us pay 13200 rupees even the ticket didn’t cost that much and non of the staffs were helpful all of them were soo useless they didn’t give us enough time sort the Weight out they were just rushing us for no reason and wanted to take as much money as they want from our pockets🤦‍♂️ the most horrible airline in the world I would not recommend this airline to anyone!!

On December 24, I tried to book a round-trip ticket online with Akasa Air, an Indian airline company. Although my credit card was charged, I still haven't received the flight tickets.
Apparently, the issue is related to a payment that Akasa Air reported as "unsuccessful," but Akasa's payment gateway (platform), called Razorpay, reported it as ‘successful’.
In fact, immediately after booking and completing the online payment, I received a message from Akasa Air's updates at 3:58 PM informing me that the payment had failed. Another message, received a minute later (3:59 PM) from the Razorpay payment platform, informed me that the payment had been successful and had been made to SNV Aviation Pvt Ltd (Akasa Air).
After writing 4 emails to all of their available contacts, and also interacting with their Instagram account (as they recommended), they have not answered me.
No plane tickets and no refund to my bank account.
Furthermore, I had to cancel my holiday to Kerala, which included a whole 'wellness retreat' package that won’t be fully refunded.
Can you believe that in the AI era, this Indian company is still struggling with old-fashioned technical issues and a bad customer care service?
If only I could, I would rate them here less than 1 star.

Our flight was delayed due to the airline’s operational issues, which caused us to miss our international connecting flight. We were forced to wait over 24 hours at the airport and were rebooked much later, leading to extreme physical and mental exhaustion after already traveling for long hours prior to boarding. The delay resulted in loss of pay, missed onward travel, and additional out-of-pocket expenses. Despite raising multiple complaints and follow-ups, we have received no compensation or satisfactory response. Overall, the experience was highly inconvenient and disappointing, and the lack of accountability has made it worse.

It's my first time flying with Akasa. The staff were courteous, the hostesses were helpful and the plain was in excellent condition and very clean. The food was good too. The boarding was well organised and the plane left on time. Nothing to complain about except it took a while to get the excess luggage sorted online.

They left 34 bottles of Zam Zam at Jeddah Airport and caused 2 hours of inconvenience to passengers at Ahmedabad airport just filling up forms to get the missing cargo misplaced by airlines themselves. NAVER FLYING AKASA AGAIN.

#BanAkasaAir - They are very uncertain. Always cancelled flights, poor service

On 29/03/2023 we booked a flight Bengaluru-mopa. When we arrived at the airport 23/06/2023 they said the flight was cancelled. We did not get any warning / message. They said fill a complaint by the website, .. but no response, sorry nothing. We had to buy a new ticket 4x the original price with Indigo, so we could continue our holiday. Lost a lot of money while we did all correct.
